摘要： A production plan planning method having: receiving, by a computer, an order including production time information on a product in a received order condition as received order information; searching, by the computer, the production schedule information storage part for production schedule information on the product stored in the received order information; allocating, by the computer, production schedule information on each process for the at least one first component to the retrieved production schedule information; and controlling, by the computer, the allocated production schedule information on the each process to take over the production time information, the third step comprising allocating production schedule information satisfying the production time information included in the received order condition of the received order information to the each process, the fourth step comprising controlling the respective allocated processes to sequentially take over production time information on a first process of the product.
