    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for reducing a thunder electromagnetic field for a building which facilitates preventing a lightning surge, or taking a countermeasure for reducing it.SOLUTION: The device comprises: a lightning rod 4 provided on a top portion of a reinforced concrete building 1 having reinforced concrete poles 2; and a distributing conductor cable 8 connecting the lightning rod 4 to the main reinforcement of each reinforced concrete pole 2, provided that the impedances between the lightning rod 4 and the main reinforcements of the reinforced concrete poles 2 are arranged to be identical to one another. The device further comprises: top-floor-beam-connecting conductors 9a connecting between the main reinforcements of the reinforced concrete poles 2 and top floor beams 3a; and lowest-floor-beam-connecting conductors 9b connecting between the main reinforcements of the reinforced concrete poles 2 and lowest floor beams 3b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart shielding effects to an electromagnetic field generated in a thunder current flowing in a building structure and to prevent indoor equipment from being greatly influenced by a potential difference generated between upper and lower floor slabs caused by a thunder current. SOLUTION: In the equipotentiality of an important room in a building and a structure grounding mechanism, a metal body 6 is buried in a floor slab 1, and is connected electrically to a reinforcement 5 arranged in a mesh state with a connection line 7. A partition wall 3 has a backing light-weight steel frame 9 in a mesh structure, and the backing light-weight steel frame is electrically connected to the metal body with a fixing pin 8 driven into the metal body from a lower side runner 10, and grounded to the reinforcement of the floor slab through the connection line, thereby performing insulation while interposing an insulating material 13 between a partition wall, upper floor slab 2 and a stud 12.
