    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plumbing adjustment device capable of adjusting the plumbing of a steel column without minimizing damage to a base material while reducing a construction cost.SOLUTION: The plumbing adjustment device adjusts the plumbing of the steel column 3 encircled by a steel pipe 11. The plumbing adjustment device 30 comprises a thrusting mechanism 70 provided between the steel pipe 11 and the side face of the steel column 3. The thrusting mechanism 70 thrusts the side face of the steel column 3 with reactive force on the steel pipe 11. According to this invention, the thrusting mechanism 70 thrusts the side face of the steel column 3 for adjusting a distance from the steel column 3 to the steel pipe 11 therearound to adjust the plumbing of the steel column 3. Thus, there is no need for applying a wire between the steel columns 3, and so that steel-frame erection can be performed while continuously using an existing structure. The need for welding a member to the steel column 3 is also eliminated to reduce a construction cost without minimizing damage to the base material.
