The flood disaster measure building 1 includes a base 10, a core part 20 provided on the base 10, a lower layer part 30 provided on the base 10 and at a periphery of the core part 20, and serves as a passage for a stream of water, and an upper layer part 40 provided on the lower layer part 30 and at a periphery of the core part 20. A bearing wall 21 of the core part 20 has a water blocking function, the lower layer part 30 is provided with a plurality of columns 31 at predetermined intervals along an outer peripheral surface, and the upper layer part 40 can be supported only with the core part 20.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a fixation section while securing necessary fixation strength.SOLUTION: A manufacturing process for a pre-stressed concrete member comprises: a tensioning process to introduce pre-stress into a concrete member by applying tension to a PC stranded wire inserted into a sheath pipe embedded in the concrete member and bearing plates arranged at both edge faces thereof; a filling process to fill a filling material inside the sheathe pipe; and a release process to release the tension of the PC stranded wire after strength of the filling material is developed and to remove the bearing plates. The PC stranded wire is provided with a metal fixture which is arranged inside the sheath pipe and preliminarily fixed thereto through pressure bonding.
