    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural planning support system and a program, which can reduce time and labor for creating an estimate, and which can enhance the accuracy of the estimate. SOLUTION: This structural planning support system is equipped with: a storage means for storing CAD data of a plan view including at least information on line drawings of the wall and column of a building; a structural-element identification means for identifying at least the wall, the column and a floor as structural elements of the building from the information on the line drawings included in the CAD data, so as to store each of pieces of geometrical information on the structural elements; a structural-element derivation means for deriving the structural elements required in terms of structural mechanics except for the structural elements from the geometrical information identified from the geometrical information, identified from the information on the line drawings of the structural elements identified from the information on the line drawings, so as to store its shape and geometrical information, respectively; a skeleton-model constructing means for constructing a structural skeleton model by setting the cross section of each structural element in accordance with each of the pieces of geometrical information, so that the cross section of each structural element can satisfy the condition based on structural mechanics; and a quantity computing means for deriving the quantity of the skeleton material from cross-sectional information and the geometrical information on each structural element constituting the structural skeleton model.
