    • The fluidity of a plastic fluid, cement mortar for example, is measured by passing the fluid through a flow passage packed with an aggregate for simulating an actual mould, measuring the flow pressure, and measuring the quantitative flow coefficient of the fluid with respect to the flow passage. The pressure remaining in the passage after the fluid has been poured into the passage and after the flow speed has been decreased to zero or the pressure after a quantity of the fluid has been added to the passage and prior to the discharge of the fluid from the passage is measured to determine the relative shear stress yielding value. Thereafter, the fluid is caused to flow to determine again the relative shear stress yielding value, and the relative closure coefficient is determined by the difference between said two relative shear stress yielding values. After the elapse of a predetermined time the plastic fluid is caused to flow under a pressure and the pressure at the commencement of the flow is measured to quantitatively determine the variation in the shear stress yielding value with time, thereby determining the relative inital flow pressure. The relative flow viscosity coefficient is measured by varying the flow speed of the plastic fluid and by determining the relationship between the speed and the pressure of the plastic fluid. In the actual moulding operation the plastic fluid is prepared by using the factors thus determined and the pouring conditions are predetermined, or automatically controlled. Thus, by using the measuring device simulating the actual prepacked mould, various data regarding the fluidity of cement mortar, etc., are determined. From these data optimum pouring conditions of the mould is predetermined. Accordingly, irrespective of the composition of the mortar, void free high quality products can be produced.

SOLUTION: For the outward-swinging window sash 1 consisting of the frame-shaped sash fixed section 2 set on a building side and the sash movable section 3 mounted to the sash fixed section in an outward-swinging manner to close the inside of the sash fixed section, mounting sections 8a and 12a are provided to one side of shielding materials 8 and 12 consisting of flexible plates, at the same time, lip sections 8c and 12e are provided to the other side of the shielding materials, the mounting sections of the shielding materials are fixed to one outdoor side of the sash fixed section and the sash movable section, and the lip sections of the shielding material are brought into contact with the other outdoor side of the sash fixed section and the sash movable section to shield a space between the sash fixed section and the sash movable section from the outside of the building by the shielding materials.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part structure capable of improving a degree of freedom of arranging a sash bar visible from the outside, capable of reducing an exposure quantity and easy in installing a panel-like member in an opening without using a member for constituting a sash frame and the sash bar as much as possible. SOLUTION: This opening part structure is constituted by installing a glass pane 6 in an opening 2 formed on a precast concrete wall plate 1. The corners 4 positioned on one surface side of the wall plate 1 in a peripheral part 3 for forming the opening 2 are cut out over the whole periphery to arrang cutout parts 5 capable of fitting the glass pane 6, the glass pane 6 is fitted in the cutout parts 5 ranging over the whole periphery, and the glass pane 6 is pressed down and fastened to the cutout parts 5 by battens 7. Seal members are properly installed.
