    • A laminated nonwoven fabric having a good texture, providing no rough touch, and having a high strength and a large delamination strength are provided. A nonwoven fabric of a multi-layer structure comprises (a) a composite spun bonded nonwoven fabric composed of a low melting point resin component and a high melting point resin component and (b) a composite melt blown extra-fine-fiber nonwoven fabric having a fiber diameter of 10 &mgr;m or less and being composed of a low melting point resin and a high melting point resin; both of the nonwoven fabrics are laminated, and the fibers in each of the nonwoven fabrics and both of the nonwoven fabrics are thermally fused. A method of manufacturing a nonwoven fabric having a multi-layer structure comprises laminating each of the nonwoven fabrics in a multi-layer structure and heating the laminate at a temperature higher than the thermal fusion temperature to cause thermal fusion of the both layers.

    • An image forming apparatus that corrects color misregistration of an image including: an image forming device having an endless image carrier for carrying an image to be formed on the recording medium, wherein the image forming device forms the image in an image area that corresponds to the recording medium on the image carrier and also forms a color misregistration correction mark in an image boundary area that is sandwiched between the image area and the next image area following the image area on the image carrier; a mark detecting section for detecting the correction mark on the image boundary area; and a control device to change an interval for feeding the recording medium based on a fluctuating period of the color misregistration corresponding to an orbiting distance of the image carrier, and to expand image boundary area of the image carrier to form the mark at a changed position.

    • An image forming apparatus includes: an image forming section which forms an image on a sheet; a conveyance section which conveys the sheet to the image forming section, having a registration roller, a plurality of loop forming rollers which cause the sheet to form a loop, provided upstream of the registration roller in a sheet conveyance direction and arranged in a direction perpendicular to the sheet conveyance direction, a skew detection sensor which detects a skew of the sheet, and a conveyance roller provided upstream of the loop forming roller; and a control section which controls a driving of the conveyance section. The control section controls independently each of the plurality of loop forming rollers based on the detected result of the skew detection sensor.
