    • The present invention relates to a resistance welding method suitable for spot welding of a steel metal plate to which rust preventive treatment is applied through plating process and an aluminum metal plate, and is intended to realize high-quality welding by allowing high-density current to flow between a plated steel plate and an aluminum clad steel plate. An aluminum clad steel plate constituted by a steel layer having raised portions and an aluminum layer is interposed between a plated steel plate and an aluminum metal plate which are to be welded together. A predetermined welding current is supplied to an electrode from an alternating-current power supply. Since the supply path of the welding current is limited by the area of the raised portions, and since molten plating material produced when the plated layer is melted is received in pitch portions between the raised portions, the expansion of the current supply area is prevented. As a result of this, the interface between the plated steel plate and the aluminum clad steel plate is efficiently heated, whereby suitable nuggets are formed on both sides of the aluminum clad steel plate.

    • PURPOSE: To abrade the various top surfaces of car body by fitting an elevating arm and also a supporting arm hanging an abrasion apparatus to a trestle and holding the attitude of abrasion apparatus with two kinds of parallelogram links.
      CONSTITUTION: A swing arm 7 is supported with an oscillating arm 8 and joined to an elevating arm 10 with a pin 9. The elevating arm 10 is joined to a trestle 1 with a pin 5 and one end of a link 11 parallel to the elevating arm 10 is joined to a pin 12 in the upper part of the pin 5 and the other end is joined to the oscillating arm 8 supporting an abrasion apparatus 4 with a pin 13 and a parallelogram is formed with pins 5, 9, 13, 12. The other parallelogram 25, 26, 27, 11 is provided to the outer part of the link 11 and an abrasive brush 6 is descended in own-weight with a supporting point 6 of the abrasion apparatus 4 as the center. Thereby the abrasion apparatus can be freely ascended and descended while holding the attitude.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a worked steel sheet excellent in the image clarity of coating by providing projecting parts on the surface of the steel sheet, making a recessed part exist on the top of the projecting part and providing a flat face in the projecting and recessed parts. CONSTITUTION:By coating with a liquid photosensitive resin that is executed by using a microlithography HP method, a photosensitive resin layer (resist film) is formed. Successively, by intermittently irradiating a laser beam on the photosensitive resin layer, the resin layer in the irradiated part is photosensitively polymerized. By spraying a solvent, the polymerized part of the photosensitive resin is leaved, the other photosensitive resin layer is dissolved and removed and the surface of a roll is exposed. Next, by executing anisotropic etching with a chemical corrosive agent or the like, the recessed part is formed and an irregular pattern is regularly formed. Consequently, the steel sheet 2 has the part A of the projecting part on its surface, the top part of the projecting part is defined as the part B, the recessed part in the top part as the part C and the flat part of the surface of the steel sheet is shown as the part D. In this way, by having the flat face in the projecting and recessed parts on the rolled surface of the steel sheet, this steel sheet is excellent in the image clarity of coating, oil pots are efficiently made and the steel sheet having high press formability can be obtained.
