摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advantageously reduce unevenness of color tones in the appearance by composing a resin molded article of a base material, composed essentially of a resin, and glossy micro-bodies which are mixed at least in the surface layer side of the base material so as to adjust the color tones of the surface layer of the base material, the glossy micro-bodies being composed of a plate- like object having a three-dimensionally curved part. SOLUTION: A resin molded article A comprises a base material 1 composed essentially of a polypropylene which is a light-transmitting resin, and a large number of glossy micro-bodies 3 mixed in the base material 1. Even when a weld part 100 is formed in the resin molded article A, it is possible to prevent generation of a large difference in orientations between glossy micro-bodies 3 (3A) in one weld part 101 and glossy micro-bodies 3 (3B) in the other weld part 102, both parts being adjacent to each other via the weld part 100 as the boundary. Thus, unevenness of metallic color tones in the appearance of the resin molded article having a weld part 100 as a boundary is advantageously reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition stably pelletizable and useful for producing favorably recyclable molded products by including specific carbonized polyacrylonitrile fiber piles and/or specific viscose rayon fiber piles. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including carbonized polyacrylonitrile fiber piles >=10 wt.% in nitrogen content and/or viscose rayon fiber piles pigmented with a pigment; wherein each of the fiber piles is pref. 1-15 denier in fineness and 0.1-2 mm in length. More precisely, this composition is obtained, preferably, by including 15-40 wt.% of polypropylene, 15-40 wt.% of polyethylene, 10-30 wt.% of an ethylene-propylene elastomer, 1-10 wt.% of an acid-modified polypropylene and 5-20 wt.% of fiber piles. A molded product obtained by blending the above composition with non-colored resin pellets followed by molding the blend is excellent in weatherability and good in both mechanical and thermal properties.

SOLUTION: A fluidized non-foaming polyurethane 4 is injected to an upper side of a molding surface 6 of a bottom mold of a foaming mold 5 while holding the foaming mold 5 in an open state. An injected non-foaming polyurethane 3 is made to flow toward the lower part of the molding surface 6 so that it is spread from top to bottom over the molding surface 6. Then a foaming polyurethane 3 is injected to a molding section formed by closing the foaming mold 5, and is spread on the non-foaming polyurethane 4 spread over the surface of the molding surface 6. By this way, the non-foaming polyurethane 4 spread on the molding surface 6, is spread along the molding surface 6 in accord with the flowing polyurethane 3 so that it is spread over the molding surface 6 homogeneously. Thus, the skin of high productivity and homogeneous thickness can be formed on the surface of the skin integrated foam molded component.

In this case, without restricting the operation speed VA of the robot at the time of forming the linear part of the workpiece, during which the movement speed of the workpiece is not decreased, with respect to the operation speed VB of the robot at the time of forming the corner part of the workpiece, during which the movement speed of the workpiece is decreased depending upon the distance between the center 3 and the corner part, the operation speed VA of the robot at the time of forming the linear part of the workpiece is set to VA'>VA and made to be V1 >V2 . Accordingly, the workpiece 2 moves at a high speed V1 in the moving section of the linear part and moves at low speed V2 in the moving section of the corner part with respect to a top end of a nozzle.

Under the state just mentioned above, by cutting the overlapped porting 24 at a cutting point between the starting point and the terminal point, the respective ends of the molding starting end part 22 and the molding terminal end part 23 are cut off so as to form a frame-like shape. Since no gap is produced between the starting end and terminal end, time and labor for bonding a separate piece becomes unnecessary.
