    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the probability of large damage to a high voltage cable even if a floor through hole is crushed between a colliding object and a battery pack during a side collision of an electric vehicle in which the high voltage cable of the battery pack passes through a floor panel on the side of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The electric vehicle includes: the battery pack 7 installed on the floor panel 6; the high voltage cable 11 connected to the battery pack 7; and the floor through hole 61 formed on the side of the battery 7 of the floor panel 6, and permitting insertion of the high voltage cable 11. A cylindrical wall section 13 cylindrically projecting from the floor panel 6 in a circumferential edge of the floor through hole 61 is installed as a protection means for reducing contact surface pressure exerted on the high voltage cable 11 from the circumferential edge of the floor through hole 61 when the floor through hole 61 is crushed.
