    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid driving device adopting a two-motor split system capable of securing good accelerating performance in the low speed range and assuring high fuel consumption in the high speed range. SOLUTION: The hybrid driving device consists of a planetary gear equipped with an input shaft I coupled with and driven by an engine E, an output shaft O coupled with wheels for driving them, and a first motor MG1 and a second motor MG2 so as to constitute a first, a second, and a third rotating element in the sequence of the rotating speeds, and further a planetary gear PGO for power distribution is provided in which the first motor MG1 is connected with the first rotating element, while the input shaft I is connected with the second rotating element, and an intermediate shaft M2 and the second motor MG2 are connected with the third rotating element. Therein a transmission SC is provided having a plurality of shift ranges for forwarding the power transmitted from the intermediate shaft M2 to the output shaft O, wherein the shift ranges of the transmission SC include at least an accelerating range and a decelerating range.
