    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device in which reduction in the number of components, and simplification of assembling works are made possible.
      SOLUTION: The power supply device 1 is equipped with a battery assembly 2, bus bars 8, 9, and a plate 10. The battery assembly 2 is equipped with a plurality of batteries 3, positioning bosses 13, and guide bosses 14. The batteries 3 are equipped with positive electrodes 6 and negative electrodes 7. The bus bars 8, 9 are mounted on the plate 10, and the plurality of the batteries 3 are connected in series by connecting mutually neighboring positive electrodes 6 and the negative electrodes 7. The plate 10 is equipped with positioning holes 27 into which positioning bosses 13 are inserted, and guide holes 28 into which the guide bosses 14 are inserted. The positioning bosses 13 and the positioning holes 27 constitute a positioning means that relatively position the battery assembly 2 and the plate 10. The guide bosses 14 and the guide holes 28 constitute a plate displacement means in which the plate 10 is displaced so that the respective bus bars 8, 9 are abutted on the corresponding positive electrodes 6 and negative electrodes 7.

An element fitting section 19 fitting a circuit protective element 21 between an overlap contact section 18 to the bus bar 16 and an electric wire connection section 20 is integrally formed on the voltage detecting terminal 17. Bus bar resin leakage preventing pieces 18c, 18c' are bent and formed on the side edge of the overlap contact section 18. The element fitting section 19 is exposed to the outside from an element fitting window opened on the mold resin plate, and the circuit protective element 21 is stored in the element fitting window.

Further, the housing 50 is coupled to the plate 6 by a hinge 8.
