摘要： An electromagnetic directional control valve for changing over flow paths of fluid comprises a plunger (16) disposed in a case (10, 10', 42) and being capable of moving from a neutral position in one axial direction by a first solenoid (12A) and in the other axial direction by a second solenoid (12B) to participate in the changeover of the flow paths. First and second stoppers (17A, 17B) bearing against the plunger (16) are moved together with the plunger respectively in one axial direction and the other axial direction. First and second springs (18A, 18B) biase the first and second stopper (17A, 17B) respectively in the direction of abutting against the plunger (16). The plunger (16) is stopped at the first neutral position held by the first and second springs (18A, 18B), at a second position to which the plunger is moved in one axial direction by the first solenoid (12A) against the first spring (18A) and a third position to which the plunger is moved in the other axial direction by the second solenoid (12B) against the second spring (18B).

摘要： A drive system of a piezo-type actuator for use in a motor vehicle, which piezo-type actuator is constructed with a piezoelectric device which is expandable and contractible in accordance with application of a voltage thereto. The drive system includes a voltage-increasing section for increasing an output voltage of a power source mounted on the motor vehicle so as to develop a drive voltage for the piezo-type actuator and a voltage-application section for applying to the piezoelectric device of the piezo-type actuator the drive voltage. Also included in the drive system is an abnormality detection section which is arranged so as to an abnormality of the drive voltage developed by the voltage-increasing section. A safety controller is responsive to an abnormality signal from the abnormality detection section for prohibiting the application of the drive voltage to the piezoelectric device thereof and further discharging charges accumulated in the piezoelectric device thereof when the abnormality detection section detects the abnormality of the developed drive voltage. With this arrangement, it is possible to prevent troubles due to the abnormality of the drive voltage to be applied to the piezoelectric device of the piezo-type actuator.

Also the system includes a control part (M7; M15; 61) for separately controlling the suspensions on the basis of the driving condition when the determination part determines that the driving condition does not coincide with the predetermined driving condition and for controlling the suspensions for each of the groups so that the suspensions in an identical group are set to an identical condition when the determination part determines that the driving condition coincides with the predetermined driving condition.
