摘要： A method of manufacturing a cushion material (10) wherein mold parts (12, 16) that will form the cushion material are filled with a mixed fiber (14) containing a thermofusible fiber and the mixed fiber (14) is then heated, includes applying heat to a specific region of the mixed fiber in the mold parts (12, 16) so that the thermofusible fiber in the specific region melts before the thermofusible fiber in the other regions. 摘要： The foam slush molding apparatus of this invention comprises a mold, a hot air jacket, and a heat retaining hood. The hot air jacket and the heat retaining hood are provided along and a certain distance apart from the molding surface on which a resin is heated and fused. The molding surface and the jacket form a first hot air chamber for heating, and the jacket and the heat retaining hood form a second hot air chamber for heat retention. Switching means are provided for diverting hot air alternately and controllably to said first hot air duct and to said second hot air duct. The apparatus permits uniform heating and foaming with an efficient molding cycle.

Consequently, one constant airflow type blower is additionally started by a relay control panel 30 on the basis of the output signal of an airflow controller 28. The manipulated variable of the airflow controller 28 is elevated to the upper limit by the signal of completion of starting from the relay controller 30, and the manipulated variable of the inverter rises to the upper limit. When the DO value is regulated within the limits of gap, the manipulated variable is naintained constant, and the airflow for aeration is fixed.

CONSTITUTION:Raw water with BOD of 100ppm issued from a first precipitation tank 1 is injected into each of aeration tanks 2 in a flow amount per one tank of 500m /hr. Return sludge (MLSS concn. of 10,000ppm) from a final precipitation tank 3 is injected into raw water in an amount of 300m /hr directly before the aeration tanks 2. An air diffusion pipe 6 from a blower 5 is provided to the tank bottom of each aeration tank 2 and 120m /hr per one tank of air is uniformly blown into each tank and perfect mixing is performed in the tank to uniformize MLSS concn. and raw water is aerated by an equal amount of air in a range from the inlet A of the aeration tank 2 to a point in the vicinity of the outlet C thereof. Further, a DO meter 8 for detecting a dissolved oxygen amount is provided to a point B where oxidative decomposition is completed and a separate DO meter 9 is provided directly before the outlet C.
