摘要： There are provided an optical tomographic imaging apparatus which detects an amount of movement of an object during imaging to reduce a deformation or a displacement in a depth direction in an acquired image. The apparatus using interference beams obtained by combining each return beam with each reference beam, the return beams being obtained by scanning the object with measuring beams, including: a unit adapted to scan the object with the measuring beams; a unit adapted to irradiate the object with the measuring beams such that regions of the object irradiated with each measuring beams are partially overlapped; a unit adapted to calculate a positional difference in a depth direction between obtained tomographic images of the overlapped parts of the regions; and a unit adapted to compute an amount of movement of the object based on the calculated positional difference in the depth direction.

摘要： An optical coherence tomographic (OCT) imaging apparatus and a corresponding method are provided that can shorter the imaging time. The apparatus comprises a beam diameter varying portion (21) to vary a first beam diameter of a measuring beam incident on an optical portion to a second beam diameter larger than the first beam diameter. An adjustment stage adjusts a position of an condensing optical portion (20) based on intensity information of a return beam from an position of an inspection object (12) with the first beam diameter. The beam diameter is varied from the first to the second beam diameter by the beam diameter varying portion (21) at the position adjusted by the adjustment stage to cause the measuring beam having the second beam diameter to be incident on the inspection object (12). A condensing optical portion (20) can be adjusted in a relatively short time because the measuring beam small in beam diameter is used, and a combined beam with a reference beam can be acquired with high transverse resolution because the measuring beam large in beam diameter is used.
