    • A rotor core heating device (100) is configured to heat an inner peripheral side surface and an outer peripheral side surface of a rotor core (150) through induction heating. The rotor core has a hollow cylindrical shape. The rotor core heating device includes a first coil (110), a second coil (120) and a magnetic flux shielding jig (170). The first coil is disposed inside the rotor core and is configured to heat the inner peripheral side surface of the rotor core through induction heating. The second coil is disposed outside the rotor core and is configured to heat the outer peripheral side surface of the rotor core through induction heating. The magnetic flux shielding jig has a hollow cylindrical shape and is disposed opposite a first end surface of the rotor core with a gap provided between the first end surface and the magnetic flux shielding jig in an axial direction of the rotor core.

    • An apparatus (1) for producing a motor coil is to produce a coil (10) to be used for a stator of a motor by automatically winding a flat rectangular conductive wire (15) by use of a winding machine (2). This apparatus (1) comprises: an uncoiler (3) for feeding the conductive wire (15) wound and accumulated on a bobbin (19) to the winding machine (2); an inertia measuring device (32) for measuring inertia of the uncoiler (3) when feeding the conductive wire (15); chucks (6) and (7) for measuring a resistance value of the conductive wire (15); and an operating console (4) for setting the winding condition of the rectangular wire (15) to be wound by the winding machine (2) based on the measured inertia and the measured resistance value. The operating console (4) controls the winding machine (2) based on the set winding condition to wind the conductive wire (15).

    • A resolver (1) is provided with a rotor plate (41) fitted to a key groove in a rotating shaft (42) and connected to the rotating shaft (42), and also with a resolver stator (2) for detecting the rotational position of the rotor plate (41). The resolver stator (2) is provided with a resolver cover (30) for protecting a coil board (20) of a stator core (11) and fixed to the stator core (11). The coil board (20) is provided with holes fitted to stator pins (12) which are projection of the stator core (11), coil patterns (21) each formed so as to center on the respective hole, and lead wires (27) connected to the coil patterns formed on the coil board (20). The outer peripheral portion of the stator core (11) is provided with long mounting holes for fixing the resolver to the housing of a rotating machine, such as an electric motor or a generator, and also with engaging holes engaging with claws of the resolver cover (30).
