    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sterilization force, eliminate any bad effect to a work piece or a machine tool, and reduce load to a work environment or a nature environment, by adding a sterilization reinforcement composed of an alkaline metal salt of organic acid and an electrolyte for providing electric conductivity to an oil solution, and impressing direct current voltage on the oil solution to perform electrolysis of the sterilization reinforcement. SOLUTION: An alkaline metal salt of organic acid as a sterilization reinforcement is easily solved in water but has a weak sterilization action. Therefore, direct current voltage is impressed on an oil solution to which the sterilization reinforcement composed of the alkaline metal salt of organic acid and an electrolyte. Then, current flows through the oil solution to perform an electrolysis of the sterilization reinforcement, alkaline metal is deposited on an electrode to instantly become metal hydroxide. While, separated organic acid becomes 'acid' having strong sterilization action to provide excellent sterilization performance. By performing such sterilization method, off-flavor caused by putrefaction is prevented from occurring in an environment surrounding the oil solution, and the environment is kept clean. Accumulation of fungus products are prevented from causing degradation or alteration of the oil solution.

    • PURPOSE:A lubricant oil composition that is obtained by adding molybdenum dialkyldithioarbamate and other sulfur-containing extreme pressure additives, thus reducing abrasion and friction in the sliding parts of car engines and processing machines. CONSTITUTION:The objective lubricant composition is obtained by adding (A) 0.01-0.2wt% of molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate and (B) 0.05-0.06wt% of a sulfur extreme pressure agent other than component A, e.g., 0.01-0.2wt% of sulfurized oil extreme pressure additive, 0.02-0.3wt% of sulfurized paraffin extreme pressure additive or 0.02-0.3wt% of elementary sulfur, calculated based on sulfur element, to a lubricant.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove fine contaminates at a low cost and satisfactorily regenerate waste oil such as spent automotive engine oil by impregnating the network of a three-dimensional network structure to be formed of an oil gelling agent, with the waste oil to gelatinize it and pressing this oil gel. SOLUTION: An oil gelling agent is a chemical compound which forms a three-dimensional network structure in oil and sets (gelatinize) the oil. For example, a 12-hydroxystearic acid, dibenzylinden sorbitol, an amino acid gelling agent or the like can be used as the oil gelling agent. For the spent oil, spent automotive engine oil, spent transmission oil, spent gear oil or the like is used. The oil gelling agent is impregnated with the waste oil and this impregnation is heated and cooled to be gelatinized. Further, this oil gel is pressed into a regenerated oil. In this case, oil molecules are separated from the network structure under the pressing effect but a fine solid foreign matter or a fine deteriorated oil material contained in the spent oil is captured by the network structure and is left over. Consequently, it is possible to obtain a low viscosity and transparent regenerated oil.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with exchanging filter materials by making it possible to use it continuously for a long period without changing oil and by storing seized mixtures in a part of the chamber. SOLUTION: This engine oil filter device is composed of a filter body 3, which is composed of an induction passage 2 opened on an oil feeding passage 11 for feeding oil to an engine 1 and guides some of the oil to be fed to the engine 1, a first chamber 31 enclosed by a wide-meshed filter material and stores in a part thereof seized mixtures existing in the oil guided through the induction passage 2, and a second chamber 32 enclosed by a fine-meshed filter material and stores in a part thereof seized mixtures existing in the oil, that have passed through the wide-meshed filter material of the first chamber 31, as well as a return passage 4 communicating with the return opening formed on the first chamber 31 and opened in the region where only the static pressure on the downstream side from the induction opening of the oil feeding passage 11 actuates, and a discharge passage 5 from where oil that have passed through the fine-meshed filter material of the second chamber 32 is discharged.
