Further, the device is composed of 2nd reserve rolls 33 which are composed of a pair of rolls to form the forming faces of the obtuse angle V-shaped recessed part and projecting part, which bend a 1st place separated by a definite distance from the place being bent in the right angle of the object to be formed W into an obtuse angle, and 2nd rolls 34 which are composed of the other side roll constituted of one face contact roll opposing only to one side face of the right angle formed V-shaped recessed part of one side roll, which bend the 2nd place being bent in the obtuse angle into the right angle.

    • PURPOSE:To offer an integrally shaped heater-mounted mirror which radiates less heat from the back face and has a heating element prevented from separation by adhering the heating element made of heat generating resin to the entire back face of the mirror and covering both the mirror and the heating element with non-heat-generating resin by the injection molding method. CONSTITUTION:A heating element 2 is formed with heat generating resin such as mixture of polypropylene resin and carbon black or metal short fiber and has the size equal to that of the back face of a mirror 1. The mirror 1 and the heating element 2 are integrally covered with heat insulation resin 3 having no heat generating characteristics using an injection molding machine. Electrifying the heating element 2 prevents water drops and moisture from being stuck to or collected on the surface of the mirror 1. As a result there may be provided a the heater-mounted mirror which is able to have the heating element 2 mounted integrally and closely on the mirror and has the preferable heating efficiency due to less heat radiation to the back of the mirror.
