The mirror 1 and the heating element 2 are integrally covered with heat insulation resin 3 having no heat generating characteristics using an injection molding machine. Electrifying the heating element 2 prevents water drops and moisture from being stuck to or collected on the surface of the mirror 1. As a result there may be provided a the heater-mounted mirror which is able to have the heating element 2 mounted integrally and closely on the mirror and has the preferable heating efficiency due to less heat radiation to the back of the mirror.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable resin material to be applied to the bush and thrust lining of the resin parts of an automobile, while its linear expansion coefficient and friction coefficient are minimized by a method in which the resin material is composed of fatty polyamide, the polytetrafluoroethylene with a specified powder-grain size and carbon fiber. CONSTITUTION:The resin material for injection molding is the material containing 30-60wt.% of aliphatic polyamide, 70-40wt.% of polytetrafluoroethylene having 10-15mum of powder-grain size in average diameter and 5-25pts.wt. of carbon fiber per 100pts.wt. of the mixture of said materials, and having the capability of injection molding and low linear expansion coefficient and low friction coefficient. The bush and the thrust lining of an automobile are formed therefrom. The aliphatic polyamide having the melting point of 200 deg.C or higher is preferable, and the polyamide is preferably nylon 6 and/or nylon 66 from the point of heat resistance. Polytetrafluoroethylene is the powderlike polymer obtained by the suspension polymerization, solution polymerization and block polymerization, etc. of the tetrafluoroethylene. The carbon fiber is pitch type or polyacrylonitrile type, and its linear diameter is preferably 5-10mum.
