摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the production of a positioning program by correcting and positioning the target position of only the indexing position to which the correction is commanded with the positioning deviation obtained from an external positioning action and therefore correcting other indexing positions just by a single positioning action. CONSTITUTION:The target position is set for the indexing position of a movable shaft of a machine tool, etc., by a target position setting means A of a position control device. Then the movable shaft is positioned by an external position means B. At the same time, the deviation between the present position of the movable shaft positioned by the means B and the target position set by the means A in response to said present position of the movable shaft is set as the correction value of an indexing position obtained by a correction value setting means C. In addition, an indexing position is set at a corrected indexing position designating means D for correction of the set target position. Then the position of the indexing position designated by the means D is corrected by the value set by the means C and delivered by an indexing position correcting means E.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make possible working of many kinds of works with one rolling machine by disposing flat dies of various different working specifications equally devidedly in the directions opposite from each other on sliders and reversing the moving direction of the sliders thereby rolling the works. CONSTITUTION:The stem part W2 of the work W is positioned between the 1st flat dies 10a and 10b in the case of rolling the work W with the dies 10a, 10b. The 1st slider 3 is then moved downward and the 2nd slider 4 upward respectively so that the dies 10a, 10b engage with the work W, thereby rolling the stem part W2 thereof. The 2nd flat dies 11a, 11b move toward the axial line (c) of both centers, i.e., in the directions where the dies part from the center of rolling in this state. The interference of the 2nd flat dies 11a, 11b with the work W including a collar W1 is therefore obviated. The slider 3 is moved upward and the slider 4 downward respectively in the case of working the work with the 2nd dies 11a, 11b. Then the dies 10a, 10b move in the directions where the dies part from the center of rolling, by which the interference thereof with the work W is averted.

CONSTITUTION:In a sequential controller PC1, if a machining start signal is inputted, successively a PG2 execution start signal is outputted after PG1 execution completion at a time when only a station ST2 becomes a trouble station, and if the machining program PG2 is over, a machining completion signal of a station ST1 is outputted. Next, when stations ST2 and ST3 both are out of order, if the machining start signal is inputted, a PG1 execution start signal, a PG2 execution start signal and a PG3 execution start signal are all outputted in consecutive order and, after a machining program PG3 is over the machining completion signal of the station ST1 is outputted. Therefore, machining at the troubled stage is executed at a normal station, so that there is no system stoppage, thus an drop in machining efficiency is preventable.

摘要： PURPOSE:To optionally change a detecting range by providing the titled device with a detecting range setting means and a detecting signal output means for inputting a detected current position of a movable shaft and outputting a detecting signal during the existence of the current position in the detecting range. CONSTITUTION:Four kinds of detecting signals PSW1-PSW4 are formed and the detecting range of respective detecting signals are divided into plural detecting sections. For instance, the detecting range of the detecting signal PSW1 is divided into four detection sections corresponding to point numbers P1-P4, and when a movable board 10 exists in respective detecting sections shown by the point numbers P1-P4, the detecting signal PSW1 is turned on. In the case of absence of the movable board 10 in the detecting sections, the signal PSW1 is turned off. The detecting ranges of respective detecting signals are set up in a detecting range table in a RAM. Thereby, plural detecting signals PSW1-PSW4 are equivalent to output signals from a multi-point limit switch and are outputted from the positioning device to a sequence controller.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform the manual feed of a rotor through the servo control by outputting a speed signal based on the deviation between the present angle and the interpolated control target angle during the input of a manual feed command signal. CONSTITUTION:With input of a manual feed command signal S5, a target angle setting part A1 adds 2T to the angle range value that can be detected by an angle detector C to set a target positioning angle M. Then a control target angle S2 is produced A5 and the deviation between this angle S2 and the present angle of a rotor is calculated by a follow-up deviation arithmetic part A6. Then a speed signal S4 is outputted in response to said deviation. Thus the rotor undergoes the servo control toward a target angle P4 from an initial angle P0. When a deciding part A3 decides that the present angle of the rotor is equal to an angle P3 set within a cycle T against the angle P4, the angle P3 is changed to an angle P5. Then an interpolating calculation is carried out to an angle P6 and the angles S2 are successively produced.

Thus, the input / output device 13 can make the absolute position of a table to be displayed and the absolute position of the table 40 correspondent one to one.
