    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically insulate easily a coil from both iron cores only by providing a first and a second insulating means to the internal side cylindrical iron core, without the provision for an insulating means to the external side cylindrical iron core. SOLUTION: A stator of motor is provided with an external side armature iron core 2 and an internal side armature iron core 3. The internal size armature iron core 3 is provided with a plurality of projected poles 4 along the circumferential direction. An insulating film 13, having completed the heat treatment, is provided at the coil winding portion 11 of each projected pole 4, and a coil 14 is wound around the coil winding portion 11. The insulating material loading portion 12 of each projected pole 4 is provided with a recessed cutout groove 15, and an insulating material 16 is loaded to the cutout grooves 15, provided opposite to each other at the adjacent two projected poles 4. An insulating means is not provided at the internal side surface of the external side armature iron core 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the flux flow of an outer core without increasing the outer diameter of a motor core, and to achieve miniaturization and to generate large torque by forming a projection part in a place where the outer core is brought into contact with an inner one, by forming a recessed part in a place where the inner core is brought into contact with the outer one, and by fitting the projection part to the recessed part for forming a motor core. SOLUTION: When an outer core 2 and an inner core 3 are punched from magnetic steel sheet (silicon steel sheet) 9, a projection part 4b is formed at a site corresponding to a place being brought into contact with the tip of teeth 5 of the inner core 3 of the outer core 2 when the punched outer and inner cores 2 and 3 are assembled. Then, at the tip of the teeth 5 of the inner core 3 in contact with the projection part 4b of the outer core 2, a recessed part 6 that is engaged to the projection part 4b is formed. Then, a coil 8 is wound to the teeth 5 of the inner core 3, and the projection part 4b of the outer core 2 is fitted to the recessed part 6 of the inner core for forming a motor core 1a, thus generating large torque regardless of a compact size without reducing flux flowing in the circumference direction of the outer core even when the external diameter of the outer core is not increased.
