摘要： A single-side compression type swash-plate compressor wherein, in order to improve the sliding contact performance on the compression side of the iron or aluminum material used therein, at least that plane of a swash plate (14) which is in sliding contact with a shoe (15b) on the compression space side is coated with a sprayed coating layer comprising a copper alloy containing 0.5-50 % of at least one member selected from the group consisting of at most 40 % lead, at most 30 % tin, at most 0.5 % phosphorus, at most 15 % aluminum, at most 10 % silver, at most 5 % silicon, at most 5 % manganese, at most 5 % chromium, at most 20 % nickel and at most 30 % zinc, and the balance consisting substantially by copper and impurities, while at least that plane of the swash plate (14) which is in sliding contact with a shoe (15a) on the side opposite to the compression space is subjected to electrolytic plating, nonelectrolytic plating, lubricant coating, phosphate coating, or hardening.

A sub-water jacket (WJ2) of the viscous heater (VH) communicating with a main water jacket (WJ1) of the engine through a pump room (4) of the water pump (WP) communicates with a heater core.

摘要： A piston (11) in a compressor reciprocates between a top dead centre and a bottom dead centre in a cylinder bore (2a) via a driving body (9) mounted on a rotating shaft (6) in a crank chamber (5) in association with the rotation of the rotating shaft (6). The piston has an external circumferential surface that is in sliding contact with an internal circumferential surface of the cylinder bore (2a). Grooves (17; 44; 46) extending in the axial direction (S) of the piston (11) are formed in the external circumferential surface of the piston (11). Lubricant adhering to the internal circumferential surface of the cylinder bore (2a) is collected into the grooves (17; 44; 46) in association with the reciprocating movement of the piston (11), and when the grooves (17; 44; 46) are exposed from the inside of the cylinder bore (2a) to the inside of the crank chamber (5), lubricant in the grooves (17; 44; 46) is supplied into the crank chamber (5). The driving body (9) and the like in the crank chamber (5) are lubricated by means of this lubricant.

摘要： In order to increase the anti-seizing properties of a swash plate which is a sliding component of a swash plate type compressor, a copper alloy is sprayed onto the swash plate and the following texture/composition controls are performed as required: (a) to produce a mixed texture of a dissolved texture into which atomized bronze powder is dissolved during spraying and an atomized texture into which the same bronze powder is not dissolved, (b) to add no or a small amount of Pb to the dissolved texture, (c) to add Sn, P, Al, Ag, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Zn, Pb and/or Bi to copper, (d) to add a hard material to a copper alloy, and (e) to form an intermediate layer comprising an Ni alloy or the like between the sprayed layer and a substrate.

The clearance (C2) permits the swash plate (12) to move without pulling the drive shaft (6).

The valve supplementing means may be a subsidiary fluid port to introduce therein the viscous fluid from the heat generating chamber so as to cause a supplementary deformation of the flap valve.
