According to its expedient, the inner cylinder is formed at its axial extremities with outwardly upset portions, the outer cylinder is formed at its one axial extremity with a flange portion having a larger diameter than an outside diameter of the upset portion, and an inside diameter of the extremity of the outer cylinder is made smaller than the outside diameter of the upset portion.
