SOLUTION: This liquid-filled vibration damper 10 comprises: a main liquid chamber 26A in which a vibration damping base 16 forms a part of the chamber wall; an auxiliary liquid chamber 26B in which a first diaphragm 18 forms a part of the chamber wall; and an orifice passage 30 allowing the main liquid chamber to communicate with the auxiliary liquid chamber. The orifice member 32 forming the orifice passage 30 has a partition wall 44 for separating the orifice passage 30 from the auxiliary liquid chamber 26B. A part of the partition wall 44 in the orifice passage 30 is formed of a second diaphragm 46 formed of a flexible rubber-like elastic membrane which faces the auxiliary liquid chamber 26B.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealed vibration damping device preventing cavitation from occurring when a vibration of high amplitude is inputted, while securing a high attenuation characteristic of a normal amplitude. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 30 comprises an annular part 33 made of metal material in an annular shape, and formed integrally with a flexible part 31 formed by a rubber-like elastic body in a film-like shape. When the vibration of high amplitude is inputted, an outer peripheral film part 31a is prevented from expanding (deforming) by rigidity of the annular part 33, and the expanded spring constant of the diaphragm 30 is increased. As a result, the cavitation is prevented from occurring. Since the annular part 33 itself is displaced together with a central film part 31c and the outer peripheral film part 31a in the vibration input area of the normal amplitude, the extended spring constant of the diaphragm 30 is reduced.
