SOLUTION: Side panels 4a and 4b are removably provided to the right and left side surfaces of a primary chamber casing 1 having a front plate 3a, a rear plate 3b, an upper plate 5 and a bottom plate 6 arranged at a rectangular parallelpiped skelton 2 and further having a suction port 7 at the upper plate, and a secondary chamber casing 9 comprised of a front plate 10a, a rear plate 10b, an upper plate 12, a bottom plate 13 and right and left side plates 11a, 11b and having the air blowing- out port 14 at the upper plate and a communicating opening 15a at the lower parts of the side plates 11a, 11b, and further the side panels 4a and 4b are removably attached to each of the side surfaces opposite to that of the connecting part between the casing 1 and the secondary chamber casing 9, respectively, and the primary chamber casing is provided with an air filter 8 and the secondary chamber casing is provided with a blower 16, a cooling coil, a heating coil and a humidifier.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air tightness and prevent condensation upon cooling operation, by a method wherein a hollow tubular packing, having deformable property, is formed integrally with a rim member on the outside surface of the rim member of circumferential part, in a panel formed by pinching a heat insulating material by steel sheets. SOLUTION: Respective panels 3 are sandwich type panels, formed of a heat insulating material 4 such as foamed polyurethane or the like, pinched by two sheets of sheet members 5 constituted of metallic sheets or preferably of Galvalium (R) steel sheet, obtained by spraying Galvalium (R), capable of being sprayed at a low temperature against a steel sheet, and abundant in rust proofing property. The rim parts of respective sheet members 5 are bent so as to be opposed to each other and the rim parts thereof are provided with a sandwich type panel, in which the rim part is abutted against the bent part of a frame member and the heat insulating material 4 is pinched by the sheet members 5. Rim members 8 are fitted to the peripheral part of the panel formed of a hard material or a hard synthetic resin material, for example. On the other hand, a hollow tubular packing 9, consisting of a soft material or a soft synthetic resin material, for example, is formed integrally with the rim members 8 on the outside surface member of the rim members.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air outlet which does not require all of motor, power transmission mechanism, diffused air volume detecting element, electric control circuit, etc., has a simple structure, can be manufactured at a low cost, and can secure a prescribed necessary air velocity even when the air volume is small. SOLUTION: An air outlet is constituted in such a way that dampers 2a and 2b which are opened against springs 4a and 4b by the wind pressure of the air flowing through the main body 1 of the air outlet while closing forces are applied to the dampers 2a and 2b front springs 4a and 4b are provided in the main body 1 in such a state that the dampers 2a and 2b are closed by the closing forces from the springs 4a and 4b when the volume of the air flowing through the main body 1 becomes a prescribed low volume. In addition, ventilating sections 5a and 5b composed of holes, notches, etc., are formed in the dampers 2a and 2b and the dampers 2a and 2b are provided in such a way that the dampers 2a and 2b can be closed by the springs 4a and 4b when the volume of the air flowing through the main body 1 becomes as small as about 40-20% of the volume at the maximum load time.

SOLUTION: The inside of a casing 3 having an intake port 1 and an exhaust port 2 on the upper surface thereof is separated into an intake port side and an exhaust port side by a vertical partition plate 4 opened at a lower part thereof. An air chamber 7 is provided on the intake port side at a lower part 4a of the opening of the vertical partition plate 4 and an air heat exchanger 8 on the exhaust port side. A rotating shaft of the motor 11 for driving is arranged vertical and a fan 10 is mounted on the rotating shaft of the motor 11. A delivery port 12 of a blower (b) for horizontally delivering air is put into the air chamber 7 while a straightening vane 13 is mounted on the air inflow side of the air heat exchanger 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the washing and replacing of an air filter easily and safely without the need for making workers enter the ceiling by lowering the air filter down to an arbitrary height of a chamber to be air conditioned. SOLUTION: An opening part 14 for the entry of an air filter 8 is located at a lower part of a filter case 13 housing a filter medium is bored in a lower plate of a casing 1 so as to be closed during the operation of air conditioning equipment and a vertically extensible guide mechanism is provided between both sides of the filter case 13 and an internal plate of the casing 1 to liftably hold the filter case 13. Moreover, the other end of a string 17 with one end thereof mounted on the filter case 13 is mounted on a winding drum 19 which is driven normally or reversely by a motor M. With the normal or reverse rotation of the motor M, the air filter 8 is lifted or lowered and hung down stayed still at an arbitrary height.
