    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition having excellent photosensitivity to active energy rays, allowing formation of a fine pattern, giving excellent flexibility, insulating property, adhesiveness or the like to a cured coating film of the composition, and suitably used for a photo-solder resist.SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition includes a photosensitive resin (A), at least one kind of compound (B) selected from an epoxy group-containing compound, non-blocked isocyanate compound, blocked isocyanate compound and β-hydroxyalkylamide group-containing compound, and a photopolymerization initiator (C). The photosensitive resin (A) comprises a hydroxyl group-containing photosensitive resin (A-1) prepared through steps of: reacting an epoxy compound (a) having at least two epoxy groups in one molecule with a phenolic compound (b) having at least two phenolic hydroxy groups in one molecule to produce a resin (c) containing a side chain hydroxyl group; reacting the resin (c) with a polybasic acid anhydride (d) to produce a carboxyl group-containing resin (e); and reacting the resin (e) with an epoxy group or an oxetane group in a compound (f) having an epoxy group or an oxetane group and having an ethylenically unsaturated group.
