摘要： A supply thread guiding apparatus has upper and lower tracks of equal length and each having a middle straight region common to the other one, a single flexible band means is provided which is not longer than the circumference of either of the tracks and which moves along the tracks. The band means has thread guides disposed therealong at fixed intervals. Means is also provided for guiding the flexible band means alternately onto the upper and lower tracks when the leading end of the flexible band means reaches the junction of the upper and lower tracks at the end of the middle straight region. The beginning of the middle straight region is opposed to a first conveyor for carrying one of the respective ends of filling threads to one end of the knitting station of a knitting machine, and the end is opposed to a second conveyor for carrying the other ends of the filling threads to the other end of the knitting station. The arrangement is such that thread ends passed through the thread guides are delivered to thread clamps on the first conveyor at the beginning of the middle straight region and at the end thereof intermediate portions of the threads extending from the thread clamps on the first conveyor to the thread guides are delivered to thread clamps on the second conveyor.

摘要： An interlining comprising false-twist textured yarns. According to the first aspect, there are provided a false-twist textured yarn interlining comprising a woven fabric composed of false-twist textured yarns of extremely small single yarn fineness to which specified properties are imparted so as to support flexibility and enable aiding swell of facing fabric, and a process for producing the same. According to the second aspect, there is provided a woven fabric interlining of specified properties composed of mixed yarns of filament yarns and false-twist textured yarns with specified properties, which woven fabric interlining realizes bulkiness, stretchability and soft touch feeling so as to satisfy the requirement of properties for use as an interlining. According to the third aspect, there is provided a woven fabric interlining composed of polyester base flat fiber false-twist textured yarns which satisfy a specified relationship between flatness and single yarn fineness and include wound-structure crimped parts mixed with leno-structure crimped parts between the fibers and along the fiber length so as to attain improvement in the problems relating to adhesive migration, occurrence of moire attributed to uniformity that is peculiar to synthetic fiber yarn interlinings, etc.

SOLUTION: This method for producing a highly bulky dry touch woven or knitted fabric comprises subjecting highly oriented polyester undrawn fibers having a structure integrity parameter of 0.1-0.9 and obtained by melt-spinning a polyester containing 0.5-3wt.% of kaolinite having an average particle diameter of 0.1-0.7μm and drawn fibers having a boiling water shrinkage degree of 12-60% to a fluid interlacement treatment, weaving the obtained blended yarns into a plain fabric, treating the plain fabric in a solution containing a compound having a carrier ability to the polyester, such as ortho phenylphenol, in such a condition as giving an end-point temperature of 70-100 deg.C without passing through a process exceeding 70 deg.C, and subsequently subjecting the treated fabric to a dry heating treatment at 120-190 deg.C.

(4) The longest yarn length in the constituent filaments of the group B is >=110% the shortest yarn length of the filament constituting the group A.
