A person in a room confirms the human body approaching the door of the dwelling by the alarm of the alarm speaker 8 and turns on the power source of the home television receiver 4. Radiated radio waves E1 are received by a VHF antenna 5 so that a video photographed by the television camera 2 is projected on the home television receiver 4 and voice collected by the microphone 18 is reproduced.
