    • PURPOSE:To facilitate centering of a fixing position by providing a protrusion on one side and a recess on the other side of a levitation guide coil to be installed continuously and then fitting the coil to the side wall of U-shaped track for magnetic levitation railroad. CONSTITUTION:In a magnetic levitation railroad, side wall levitation guide coils 4 are arranged continuously on the opposite sides of a U-shaped track(not shown) and the guide coils 4 are interacted with a superconducting coil mounted on a vehicle(not shown) thus running the vehicle while levitating. The side wall guide coils 4 comprise upper and lower unit coils null flux connected in 8-shape and electromagnetic induction is utilized so that no power is fed externally. Projecting and recessed fitting parts 18 are molded, respectively, on the opposite fades of the guide coil 4 contacting with adjacent coils. A large spring hole is employed as a coil fixing hole 17. According to the invention, the side wall levitation guide coil 4 can be fixed easily at a correct position.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the interruption of a power source supply to a load side even if a power source is interrupted due to the passage of a section by decreasing the output voltage of a generator when a power source for driving a motor is temporarily interrupted. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage detector 14 is operated, an auxiliary coil contactor 17 and a main circuit contactor 18 are excited, and a single phase induction motor 11M of a motor generator 11 starts. When the output frequency of a generator 11G becomes the prescribed frequency or higher, a frequency relay 16 is excited, the contactor 17 is demagnetized, and a load contactor 24 is excited. An automatic voltage regulator 26 controls the exciting current by the reference voltage 29 by a Zener diode 46 when a motor circuit power source 13 is energized and in response to the deviation between the reference voltage 29' lower than the reference voltage 29 and the output voltage of the generator when the motor circuit power source 13 is not energized.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the unbalance of a voltage of a load connected to a number-of-phase converter by providing a middle terminal having different winding distribution at the main winding of the converter and selectively connecting the output winding of a transformer to the main winding in response to the capacity of the load. CONSTITUTION:A number-of-phase converter 21 has a U-V terminal, a main winding 21a including the middle terminal of U1-V1 and an auxiliary winding 21b including a Z-W terminal. The terminals U, V, U1, V1 ofthe winding 21a are respectively connected to the output winding and hence the tertiary winding 14 of a transformer 10 through changeover switches 22A-22D. When the capacity of a load is less, the switches 22C, 22B are closed to connect the terminals U1, V of the winding 21a to the tertiary winding 14 of the transformer 10. When the capacity of the load is large, the switches 22A, 22D are closed to connect the terminals U, V1 of the winding 21a to the tertiary winding 14 of the transformer 10. When the capacity of the load is middle, the switches 22A, 22B are closed to connect the terminals U, V of the winding 21a to the tertiary winding 14 of the transformer 10.

    • PURPOSE:To improve comfortableness by providing fitting parts on the opposing surfaces of adjacent levitation coils on the side wall and fitting them at the time of fixing. CONSTITUTION:Since protruding and recessed fitting parts 2 are provided on the opposing surfaces of adjacent levitation guide coils 1 on the side wall and fit each other to define relative positions of both coils 1, planeness is achieved naturally for adjacent levitation guide coils 1 on the side wall. Since magnetic balance position of laterally opposing levitation guide coils 1a, 1b on the side wall does not shift laterally, a vehicle 10 does not shift to the right or left wall. Consequently, the laterally opposing levitation guide coils 1a, 1b on the side wall receive same amount of flux from a superconducting coil 9 mounted on the vehicle 10 to eliminate voltage difference between the coils 1a, 1b and thereby the vehicle 10 is steered straight without causing vibration. According to the constitution, comfortableness can be improved.

When a motor power source 13 is interrupted, the relay 27 is first demagnetized and the contactor 17 is excited. Accordingly, it can be restarted without opening a load circuit at the reenergizing time.
