    • PURPOSE:To keep an opening closed when an outside connector is disconnected from an inside connector by disposing, in a casing, a shutter having elasticity capable of moving a cover by insertion or withdrawal of the outside connector. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 130 is provided with a base end 131 fixed to the inner wall of a casing 120 in the vicinity of an opening 121, a cover 132 formed on a tip side in order to close the opening 121, and an intermediate portion 133 for connecting the cover 132 to the base end 131, where they are integrally made of an elastomer material. The intermediate portion 133 is formed thin so as to be easily bent by external force to be exerted on the cover 132. The intermediate portion 133 has such a cross section as to position the cover 132 in such a state as to close the opening 121 by elastic force in the case where external force is not exerted on the cover 132. Since a hand set is provided with the aforementioned shutter 130, the opening 121 of the casing 120 is closed by the cover 132 of the shutter 130 if the hand set is used singly.

Wile the electronic equipment main body 1 is housed in the housing recessed part 2o of the charger stand 2, and set at the charging position, a magnetic attraction generated between a magnet 2m provided at either the electronic equipment main body 1 or the charger stand 2 and a metallic plate 1i provided at either the electronic equipment main body 1 or the charger stand 2 is set so as to be made strong enough to apply a prescribed contact pressure between the main body side charging terminals 1h and 1h and the charger stand side charging terminals 2j and 2j, and to lock the electronic equipment main body 1 at the charging position of the charger stand 2, and so as to be made smaller than the weight of the charger stand 2.
