As a result, if an insulating tube 11 is damaged or broken due to lopsided heat, because it is separated in pressure from an electric apparatus mainframe no rupture occurs resulting from inner pressure. The cohesion and adhesion of the silicon gel prevents the fragments of an insulator portion from scattering. It is thus possible to ensure safety that is free from rupture and scattering if damages such as crack, rib-chipping, etc., to the bushing insulating tube 11 take place.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a connection part by mounting the container of a lead wire part in the mounting eye in the vicinity of the lead wire part of the propulsion coil of a magnetic levitated track, by mounting the terminal of a crossover integrally to the lead wire part and by filling the container with silicon gel. CONSTITUTION:Many three-phase propulsion coils 1 are mounted along the lengthwise direction of a magnetic levitated track. A mounting eye 3 is provided in the vicinity of two lead wire parts 2 of one propulsion coil 1 and a container 4 is fixed by a screw 5. The terminal 6a of a crossover 6 for connecting the adjacent unillustrated propulsion coil is mounted to the terminal 2a of the lead wire part 2 by a screw 7 to be formed into an integral body. The inside of the container 4 is packed with a silicon gel agent 8 for the purpose of enveloping the connection part of the terminals 2a and 6a, and the container is further covered with packing 9 for sealing so that the silicon gel agent 8 is prevented from flowing out. Thus, a connection device is miniaturized, improved in reliability and safety, and manufactured at low cost.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce accidents due to lightning surge voltage, by providing discharge electrodes at tip parts of elastic conductors, which have one ends fixed to input terminals of a watthour meter and are parallel with each other, to absorb a lightning surge voltage in the input terminal side of the watthour meter. CONSTITUTION:Elastic conductors 10 have one ends fixed to input terminals 1 and 2 in the power source side of a watthour meter, which is fitted to an insulating base 9, in parallel with each other by tightening screws 12, and discharge electrodes 11 face to each other at tip parts of elastic conductors 10 with a gap interposed and are fixed by welding. An insulating spacer 13 is inserted near discharge electrodes 11 between elastic conductors 10 to hold a discharge gap length. If a lightning surge higher than the protection level invades between input terminals 1 and 2, the gap between discharge electrodes 11 is discharged to limit the lightning surge voltage to a level lower than the protection level, and an electromangetic repulsive force acts upon elastic conductors 10 by a dynamic current accompanied with discharging to increase the gap length between discharge electrodes 11, thus cutting off the lightning surge. As the result, the dielectric breakdown in the indoor load side, the electric shock, and the occurrence of a fire are prevented.

CONSTITUTION:The cooling water pipe 6 is connected to a circulating pipe 8 in a thyristor valve at a lower part electrode 5 with the nut 9, the nut 9 is made to have a curvature on the cooling water pipe 6 side, and the tightening part thereof is remained on the circulating pipe 8 side. Accordingly the lower part electrode 5 and the cap nut 9 have the same electric potential and moreover have high electric potential, and because electric field outside of the cap nut 9 is mitigated and electric discharge from the part thereof is suppressed, water leakage due to deterioration to be caused by electric discharge is not generated, and the cause to make the electronic circuit to operate erroneously can be eliminated.

CONSTITUTION:In a propulsive coil 2, a lead terminal 103 is projected from the upper side, and two lead conductors 104 are led out as a pair of terminals on one side surface thereof, and are connected to conductors 106a of high voltage cables 106 via flexible connecting conductors 107 within a container 105 mounted on the same side surface. The container 105 is formed of non-magnetic metal material and is constructed in forwardly tapered shape as a whole. Brackets 110 are fixed in the holes, in the inclined surfaces 105d of a trapezoidal part 105c, through which insulating layers 1 extend. After the connection of the high voltage cables 106 are sealing, and after the completion of fixing and assembling, silicon gel 114 is injected through an inlet 109 provided in the upper part of the container 105. Thus, working property, reliability and profitability can be improved as compared with the conventional connecting method wherein end surface coupling by solid insulator is effected.

The silicone gel 29 is excellent in electric characteristic on a dielectric breakdown value, volume resistivity, permittivity, dielectric dissipation factor, and the like, and so the whole device can be miniaturized.

Then, after finishing connection and sealing of the conductor, silicone gel which is vacuum-deaerated is injected into the inside of the connecting vessel 31A and deaeration under reduced pressure is performed. Then, after setting at a normal temperature, properties of an agar-like shape are obtained. Silicone gel is superior in a resistance to breakdown strength, heat-resisting, a resistance to an environment, and safety properties and is equipped with vibration absorptive, stickness and adhesion properties. Highly insulating reliability even to vibration and shock is thus obtained for a long period.

An opening/closing vacuum valve 12A and a circuit breaking vacuum valve 12B are furnished below the partition plate 19, and the movable side penetrates this partition plate 19 airtightly to be coupled with control rods 21A, 21B, and the fixed side terminal is connected with the abovementioned bushings 16A, 16B, while the movable side terminals are connected with each other. Lightening protectors 14A, 14B and voltage detectors 15A, 15B are connected interposed between the mentioned fixed side terminal and the partition plate 19, and another voltage detector 15C is connected interposed between the movable side terminals and partition plate 19. Voids between major circuit components thus arranged are filled with silicone gel 17 to ensure that the device is made in small size and provided with safety.
