CONSTITUTION: An intermediate heat exchanger 8 is set in an intermediate gas exchanger vessel 7. A horizontal diaphragm 9 is set at the lower part of the intermediate heat exchanger 8. A flow shrouding 14 penetrating a lid 12 is arranged to cover an upper outer peripheral face of the intermediate heat exchanger 8. A horizontal plate 32 with many holes is disposed to cover an outer peripheral face of a lower end part of the flow shrouding 14. A cylindrical body 33 penetrates the horizontal plate 32 and diaphragm 9. A liquid level penetration device 20 is inserted in the cylindrical body 33. An upper end of the cylindrical body 33 surrounding the device 20 is opened to be higher than a liquid level 15 of a liquid metal during normal driving and lower than a liquid level 16 at the stopping time. A lower end of the cylindrical body 33 is opened in a lower plenum area of the diaphragm 9. The horizontal plate 32 restricts the oscillation of the liquid level and entrainment of a gas, and the cylindrical body 33 reduces the thermal stress into the intermediate heat exchanger 8.

    • PURPOSE:To equalize the temperature distribution of an upper tube plate at the time of decay-heat removal operation by forming an inside bypass-flow preventive plate in length up to a baffle plate from the level of a primary coolant and an outside bypass-flow preventive plate in length up to the baffle plate from the lower end of a primary-coolant inflow window hole. CONSTITUTION:An inside bypass-flow preventive plate 30 is erected up to a section upper than a free level 34, and has length connected to baffle plates 31, and an outside bypass-flow preventive plate 29 has length up to the baffle plates 31 from a window hole 13. Bellows 32 are mounted outside the preventive plate 29, and the leakage of a primary coolant between the bellows and an outer drum 6 is obviated. The primary coolant flowing into the outer drum 6 from the window hole 13 flows down only in a region, in which there are helical heat transfer tubes 17, and flows into heat transfer tubes 14 through an upper tube plate 16 from the baffle plates 31. The coolant flowing down in the clearances of the heat transfer tubes 17 by the baffle plates 31 and the coolant flowing near the heat transfer tubes 17 are mixed before they reach to the upper tube plate 16. Accordingly, temperature distribution in the radial direction in the upper tube plate 16 is equalized.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the entrainment of cover gas caused by the generation of an unstable eddy by placing plural intermediate heat exchangers, and plural main circulating pumps in a nuclear reactor container, so as to become a rotation symmetry in the peripheral direction. CONSTITUTION:In a nuclear reactor container 1, plural intermediate heat exchangers 2a-2d are placed in a specular surface symmetry around a rotary plug 16. Also, main circulating pumps 3a-3d are provided by two sets each on both sides of the heat exchangers 2b, 2d. As a result, the arrangement constitution of the heat exchangers 2a-2d and the pumps 3a-3d in the furnace forms a 180 deg. rotation symmetry shape. According to such a constitution, since a coolant fluid place in the furnace does not have a specular surface symmetric face, a prescribed shape is given, and an unstable fluid area is curtailed. As a result, the entrainment of cover gas caused by the generation of an unstable eddy and an unstable free liquid level oscillation can be reduced.

CONSTITUTION: The device which makes the differential equation discrete and solves the simultaneous equations Ax=b (A: matrix showing the coefficients of the simultaneous linear equations, x: vectors showing quantities to be found, b: vectors showing known quantities) represented with the vectors has the input/ output means 1 and 3, the control processor 2, a memory 4, and a product sum arithmetic means 5. The control processor 2 takes a filter coefficient (h) out of the memory, the product sum arithmetic means 5 generates an incomplete discrete wavelet conversion matraix W and its transposed matrix WT and performs conversion into WAWTP=q(x=WTP and q=wb) by using the incomplete discrete wavelet conversion matrix W and transposed matrix WT, and the arithmetic means 5 finds the vectors (p) and (q) to find the vector (x).
