    • PURPOSE:To enable the prevention of the detachment of a gear during a continuous turning by detecting the governor valve opening angle and rotor rotation number to release the excitation of an air cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a turning motor 12 is rotated by a turning device automatic signal 8, a governor valve full-closing signal 10 is denied by a NOT circuit NOT3, and a wipe out WO3 remains as it is. Thus, an air cylinder 4 remains excited during a continuous turning, and a turning gear 1 is forcedly engaged with a rotor gear 2. The turning gear 1 is difficult to detach from the rotor gear 2 even when the torque is reduced by the fluctuation of the rotation torque on the rotor side, and a smooth turning operation can be conducted. On the other hand, when the governor valve is opened and the governor valve full-closing signal 10 is disappeared, the wipe out WO3 is moved by the hot circuit NOT3 to make the air cylinder 4 unexcited, and the turning gear 1 is detached.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the local stress of a disc, by forming a radial key protrusion in a side surface of a hub part of the disc, mounted to a rotor and having moving blades in the periphery, and fitting this protrusion to a radial key groove formed in a side surface of a torque ring. CONSTITUTION:A turbine rotor arranges both a disc 3, fitting a rotor 1 and having moving blades 2 in the periphery, and a torque ring 13 neighboring to the disc 3 further fitting the rotor 1. And the torque ring 13 is connected with the rotor 1 by a bore key 16. Here the disc 3 forms in its hub part 11 a radial key protrusion 18 protruding sideward. While the torque ring 13 forms in its side surface a radial key groove 19 fitting the protrusion 18. In this way, the disc 3, even when its shrinkage fit surface generates looseness, enables torque to be surely transmitted from the moving blade 2 to the rotor 1. While the disc 3, forming no key groove, can eliminate concentration of stress generated in the key groove.

    • PURPOSE:To simmplify repairing work of a turbine rotor and make it with good accuracy by fitting a two-divided ring on a two-divided spacer for rotor covering, oupling the ring with flange by a pin upon adjustment for center alignment, and installing the pin driven in a position mating with the position of coupling. CONSTITUTION:Projections 14, 14b are coupled firmly as in a single piece by penetrating flanges 14a, 14a provided at both ends of a spacer 14, which is divided in the axial direction of the pipe into two halves, and rings 15, 15 divided in the axial direction of the pipe into two halves are fitted on the ends of the projections, and after this fitting, these rings and flanges are connected through a counter-rotation stopper 17 and a bolt 16. Here the bolt is inserted from the inside of each flange, and a bolt hole 18 is bored so as not to protrude at the exterior surface of each ring. Because error in center alignment must be eliminated when the covering of spacer ring is to be set around the rotor, center alignment is taken while the axes are adjusted with each other, and then a tapered pin 19 is caulked. Thereafter bolts are inserted in the bolt holes 18.
