    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tableware drier which can quickly heat the inside of a main body case to high temperatures and reduce drying time by promoting the discharge of moisture. SOLUTION: A blocking plate 8 is provided below a draining basket 4 in a main body case 1. A hot air passage 9 is formed below the blocking plate 8. A blower 11 comprising a fan 11a and a motor 11b and a heater 12 are provided inside the air passage 9. An air outlet 9a through which hot air is blown to dishes D is formed at one end of the air passage 9. A heat exchanger 13 is provided near the blower 11 at the outer end of the air passage 9. The high temperature part of the heat exchanger 13 is communicated at its input side with a space storing the dishes D and at its output side with an exhaust port 14 below the main body case 1. The low temperature part of the heat exchanger 13 is communicated at its input side with a suction port 15 below the main body case and at its output side with the part of the air passage 9 near the blower 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish drier by which the heat resistance property and cleaning property of an inner easing are improved and also the drying efficiency of dishes, etc. is improved. SOLUTION: The dish drier 10 is provided with a container mainbody 11 where a hot-air drying chamber 63 is formed inside and the opening of the container mainbody 11 is covered by a cover 13 so as to be freely open/close possible. The container mainbody 11 is constituted in double cottom structure by containing a stainless steel-made inner casing 34 inside a resin-made outer easing 33. The outer periphery flange part 40 of the inner casing 34 is placed on the plural support projections of the inner casing 34 and a mainbody fitting frame 35 is covered over the outer peripheral flange part 40 of the inner casing 34. The outer peripheral flange part 40 of the inner easing 34 is freely slidably held between the mainbody fitting frame 35 and the support projections 38 of the outer casing 33 so as to absorb the thermal expansion and contraction of the inner casing 34.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish drier from which dishes can be safely taken out by lowering the temperature inside a main body case when a lid part is open and to provide a method for controlling its operation. SOLUTION: In a dish drier, a blower 10 comprising a motor 10a and a fan 10b is provided below a water receiving plate 8 in a main body case 1. The fan 10b of the blower 10 is provided inside an air passage formed by the water receiving plate 8 and a guide plate 11, and a heater 12 is provided in the air passage. An opening/closing movement detection means 13 to which the rear end of a front cover 2 abuts when the front cover 2 is open is provided at the rear of the main body case 1. The opening/closing movement detection means 13, the heater 12, and the motor 10 are connected to a conduction control circuit. The conduction control circuit is set so that when the opening movement of the front cover 2 is detected by the opening/closing movement detection means 13 during drying operation, the conduction control circuit stops only the electricity to the heater 12 while continuing to energize the motor 10a, and so that when the closure of the front cover 2 is detected, the conduction control circuit restars to electrify the heater 12.

    • PURPOSE:To make the welding work of the arc suppressing plate easy, by making holes at the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate which are to be installed inside of the wind lead box and fixing the arc suppressing plate between holes and the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting one are welded from the outer side around the route. CONSTITUTION:The through holes of which shape is cross sectional view of it, wider than the width of the arc suppressing plate 14 are made on the upper mounting plate 12 and the lower mounting plate 13, and by using these through holes, the arc suppressing plate are inserted. The arc suppressing plate 14 are assembled a little outer than the top of the upper mounting plate 12 and both plates are welded all around from the overside so that the welding part 15 are formed. Furthermore by turning the device up side down, the lower mounting plate 13 and the arc suppressing plate 14 are welded as well so that the welding part 11 are formed. As stated above, the arc suppressing plate 14 and the upper 12 and lower 13 plate can be welded in normal standing form, so the welding work are made to be easy and becomes more reliable.
