    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool respective parts in a motor effectively and increase output of motor by increasing draft amount. SOLUTION: In this motor, which is of outer rotor type, a wheel 5 is supported at one end part of a shaft 1 through a bearing 4 so that it may rotate freely, and a stator iron core 6 is fitted onto the wheel 1 at the inner position of the wheel 5 through a stator member 60. A rotor frame 8 is disposed with a prescribed clearance at an external circumferential surface. An end part on wheel side is connected integrally with the wheel 1, and an end part on opposite wheel side is supported by a bearing 10 so that it may rotate freely. A cooling air duct 18 is supported outside the bearing 10 of the opposite wheel side by the stator member 60, and a plurality of first ventilating holes 6b which are communicated with the motor at the inner circumferential part and the stator member 60 are fitted respectively. The second ventilating holes 19a, 19b which are communicated with the motor at the end surface of the rotor frame 8 and the external circumferential part of the cooling air duct 18 are fitted respectively, and cooling air which is introduced from the upper part of the cooling air duct 18 is distributed into the motor through the first and second ventilating holes 6b, 19a, 19b.

    • PURPOSE: To downsize a device, and enhance braking performance by arranging a large diameter frame to which a permanent magnet is opposed on the outer peripheral side of a stator of an electric motor arranged on a wheel shaft, and discharging a cooling wind from a cooling wind introducing port to a brake disc fixed to a small diameter frame on its shaft directional tip through a wind discharge port of the large diameter frame. CONSTITUTION: A rotor 14 is arranged on a wheel shaft 11 so as to approach one wheel 12b side, and a cylindrical frame 15 is composed of a large diameter part 21 as a large diameter frame and a small diameter part 22 as a small diameter frame continuously arranged in the large diameter part 21. A permanent magnet 16 is arranged in the large diameter part 21, and a brake disc 23 is fixed to the small diameter part 22. A cooling wind introducing port 24 is arranged in the wheel shaft 11, and a wind discharge port 25 is arranged in one end part of the large diameter part 21. The wind discharge port 25 which discharges a cooling wind introduced from the cooling wind introducing port 24 to a side surface of the brake disc 23 and cools this, is arranged in a recessed part 27 of the large diameter part 21. Since this brake disc 23 is cooled by a cooling wind from the cooling wind discharge port 25, heat capacity is increased, and a device can be downsized.

    • PURPOSE:To increase a braking force without increasing an outward form by a constitution wherein a soft magnetic material is filled into every gap between a plurality of frames. CONSTITUTION:One-pair of grooves 8 whose cross section is semi-circular are formed on adjacent opposite faces of frames 5 for a brake so as to be parallel in the front and rear direction. A filling material in which solid grease has been mixed with an iron powder is injected into the grooves 8. A foamed material by a rubber material is inserted in advance into the outer circumference. Then, a magnetic flux which is generated by applying a current to exciting coils 1 is passed through a magnetic path which is formed between the adjacent frames 5 and individual magnetic-pole iron cores 2 and a rail at the lower part of brake shoes 3 at lower ends of the magnetic-pole iron cores 2. However, the magnetic flux which is passed through the magnetic path can be increased sharply because the filling material is interposed in gaps formed between the adjacent frames 5 so as to increase permeability as compared with the air. As a result, a braking force can be increased without increasing an outward form.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively cool a reaction plate by providing a centrifugal fan on a driving pulley in the body arranged with plural linear electromagnetic actuators in opposition to the reaction plate fitted to a wire rope driving pulley. CONSTITUTION:Ring like reaction plates 3 are arranged on the concentric circle with a pulley 1 on the upper and lower both side faces of the wire rope driving pulley 1 freely rotatably supported on a rotary supporting shaft 2 and a linear electromagnetic actuator 4 is arranged via a small gap 12 with the plate 3 at the opposing position of the back face of this plate 3. In a driving device like this a ring like centrifugal fan 10a is provided on the upper and lower side faces of the pulley 1 located at the inner side in the radial direction than the plate 3. The air led in by rotating the centrifugal fan 10a integrally with the pulley 1 is fed as a cooling wind 11 to the external part in the radial direction of the pulley 1 and the surface of the plate 3 is cooled in the course of exhausting to the external part by guiding it by a guide plate 9a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate pollution inside a motor, and provide noise reduction in a ventilation fan, long exchange cycle of lubrication grease of a bearing portion, and the size and weight reductions or high output. SOLUTION: In a totally-closed type driving motor, in which a rotor core 7 is disposed on the inner-periphery side of a cylindrical stator core 19; brackets 20, 21 are fixed at both ends of the stator core; and both the ends of a rotor shaft 6 are supported by bearings 4, 5 attached onto the brackets; and the plurality of first ventilation holes 19a and the plurality of second ventilation holes 19b, piercing through in a longitudinal direction are respectively provided on the outer peripheral side of the stator core. A first ventilation fan 24 and a second ventilation fan 25 are provided on both ends on the outside of the rotor shaft, ventilation passages 20a, 21a, communicating with the first ventilation holes and the second ventilation holes of the stator core respectively are provided at the brackets at an outer-periphery side part of the ventilation fan. The outside air supplied by the respective ventilation fans is discharged to the outside of the motor after mutually passing through the first ventilation holes and the second ventilation holes of the stator core in a reverse direction.
