    • PURPOSE:To maintain suitable combustion all the time by providing a pressure sensor between a proportional valve and a nozzle and detecting the secondary pressure of the fuel by this pressure sensor, and adjusting the supply volume of the combustion air in responce to a variation in the secondary pressure of the fuel. CONSTITUTION:The pressure of the fuel between a nozzle 10 and proportional valve 12 is detected after the burner is ignited, and the rotational speed of the motor 15 of a fan that supplies a proper volume of combustion air in responce to the pressure of the fuel that is detected by a combustion controller 16 is calculated, and the speed of the fan motor 15 is maintained to the calculated motor speed. Namely, the secondary pressure of the fuel is detected by a pressure sensor 17, and the rotational speed of the fan motor 15 that corresponds to the detected secondary pressure of the fuel is set to supply a suitable volume of combustion air. With this arrangement it is possible to supply always a proper volume of combustion air against a variation of the secondary pressure of the fuel and maintain a proper combustion.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a heating capability from being decreased by a method wherein a plurality of fuel nozzles of a combustion device are arranged in correspondence with the number of indoor heat exchangers and thus a solenoid operated valve in a fuel supplying pipe is opened in response to the number of heating operation indoor devices. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of fuel nozzles 34 and 35 of a combustion device 21 are provided in correspondence with the number of indoor heat exchangers 7A and 7B. Solenoid operated valves 42 are placed in a fuel supplying pipe for use in supplying fuel through a proportional valve 41 to fuel nozzles 34 and 35. These solenoid operated valves 42 are opened by a controller device 43 in response to the number of heating operation indoor devices 44 and 45. When the indoor devices 44 and 45 perform heating operation, the solenoid operated valves 42 in the fuel supplying pipe are opened by the controller device 43 in response to the number of heating operation devices. Accordingly, a combustion range (fire power) in the combustion device is expanded. With such an arrangement, a reduction in the heating capability is prohibited and a hot air blowing temperature is improved or increased.

The installation of the heat radiation plate 3 to the heat pipe heater 1 is, therefore, easy and the replacement of the heat pipe 2, when it is out of order, can be done in a simple way.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to increase the efficiency of the system as a whole, by stopping a fan during combustion by utilizing pulsation produced at the time of combustion. CONSTITUTION:Plusating combustion is taken place in the combustion chamber 4 of a burner 1 when combustion gas is ignited. Combustion air is automatically fed into the combustion chamber 4 by the pulsating flow, passing through a fan 9, a silencer 8 and a plenum chamber 7, so that it is not necessary to drive a fan 1 at the time of combustion. Flames produced at the time of combustion is detected by a flame rod 6 and a signal is fed into a controller 15. The signal makes a switch 16 and a switch 17 turn OFF and an ignition plug 5 and the fan 9 are stopped by the switches respectively, but combustion is continued by the effect of automatic combustion by pulsating combustion. if the air is insufficient during steady combustion, flames are immediately extinguished because the ignition plug 5 and the fan 9 are stopped at the same time, although flames are detected by the flame rod 6.

And, a buffering member 17 is provided in an annular space between this step part and the end parts of the heat exchangers 16. This buffering member 17 is formed with a material having a airtightness and flexibility. Thereby, the durability of the heat insulating block can be improved while, at the same time, improving the heating efficiency of a working fluid.

    • PURPOSE:To enable supplying of radiant heat stabilizedly with a uniform radiant heating area without unevenness in temperature, by providing a swirling burner of which outlet is located opposed to the center part on the back of a radiating board, and from the outlet of which combustion gas is blown off to the outer side in the direction of a diameter as a swirl flow, in a housing made of heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A heat radiating board 2 is made of a ceramic board such as of silicon carbide of high heat resistant properties and of high heat radiating rate. When a swirling burner 7 is actuated, a fan 14 feeds combustion air to a swirler 13, and the air is fed into a combustion chamber 12 in a highly swirling air flow. At the same time a fuel gas is injected into the combustion chamber 12 from a gas nozzle 11 and is burned while mixing with combustion air. The combustion gas flows to the side of an outlet 8, swirling round the combustion chamber 12, assumes a highly swirling flow by a throttled part 10, and blows off to a combustion gas passage 3. The combustion gas disperses full in the combustion gas passage 3, reaching the radiating board 2, and heating it nearly uniformly. In such a manner heat can be radiated from the radiating board 2 without ununiformity.
