CONSTITUTION:In a fluid compressor wherein a spiral blade to partition a plurality of compression chambers from each other is disposed between a cylinder 4 and a rotary piston 5, an Oldham's mechanism part is contained in the cylinder 4. The Oldham's mechanism part comprises an Oldham's ring 18 to regulate displacement of the rotary piston 5; and an Oldham's ring support 41 having a protrusion part 46 engaged with the Oldham's ring 18 and allowing displacement in a given direction of the Oldham's ring 18. In this case, a plurality of stepped coupling pins 52 to intercouple the cylinder 4 and the Oldham's ring support 41 and a sleeve 60 to hold the coupling rings 52 in a state to bring them into pressure contact with the Oldham's ring support 41 and mounted externally of the cylinder 4 are provided, and the generation of noise owing to rotational displacement of the Oldham's ring support 41 is reduced.

CONSTITUTION:A motor-operated element 9 and a compression element 11 are contained in a closed case 1. The motor-operated element 9 comprises a stator 13 and a rotor 15. Further, the compression element 11 comprises a cylinder 17 and a rotary body 21 contained therein. In this case, a pair of right and left spiral (second) grooves 25 are formed in the outer periphery of a rotary body 21. The spiral grooves are intercoupled at a central part through a linear (first) groove 27 paralleling the axial direction of the rotary body 21. Spiral (second) blades 29 are fitted in the respective helical groove 25 and a linear first blade 31 is fitted in the linear groove 27. Namely, a useless region can be utilized as a working chamber 33 by means of the linear blade 31 disposed at a central part.

    • PURPOSE:To improve compression ability by providing an internal cylinder to which a spiral blade is fitted so that the blade can be freely put in and out, in an external cylinder to be driven and rotated, by fitting a cylindrical body in the internal cylinder, and whereby forming two operational chambers inside and outside of the internal cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An electric motion factor 9 comprises a stator 13 fixed on the inner surface of a closed case 1 and a rotational rotor 15 provided on the inside of the stator 13, while an external cylinder 17 is concentrically fixed in the rotor 15. An internal cylinder 21 is fitted in the external cylinder 17 so that the internal cylinder can be freely rotated, eccentrically and the internal cylinder is revolved by the rotation of the external cylinder 17 through an Oldham's ring 39. A cylindrical body 31 is fitted into the internal cylinder 21 so that the cylindrical body 31 can be freely rotated, and is rotated through a transmission member 35 by the rotation of the external cylinder 17. A spiral blade 49 is fitted to the internal cylinder 21 so that the blade can be put in and out, and a plurality of first, second operational chambers 51 are thus formed between the internal and external cylinders 21, 17, and between the internal cylinder 21 and the cylindrical body 31.

    • PURPOSE:To appropriately feed oil to the whole circumference of a blade groove regardless of operating condition by providing an intermittent feed oil means on the hole part communicating the lubricating oil introducing passage to the bottom part of the helical groove provided on a rotor. CONSTITUTION:In a compressor 1, a rod 11 is provided with an oil introducing passage 26 along the center axis A. One end of the oil introducing passage 26 is communicated to an oil introducing passage 26a of a perpendicular hole to the center axis A communicating to the bottom part on the discharge side of a helical groove 19. The oil introducing passage 26a is provided with an intermittent feed oil mechanism 40. Hereby, when the pressure in a closed case 2 is raised by rotation of a cylinder 7, lubricating oil 29 is passed through an introducing pipe 28, a through hole 27, and the oil introducing passage 26, passed through the intermittent feed oil mechanism 40 moving up and down accompanied with up and down motion of a blade 21 against the groove 19, and intermittently introduced to the space between the bottom part of the groove 19 and the blade 21. Consequently, appropriate oil feeding can be performed extending over whole circumference of the groove 19 regardless of operating condition.
