    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a monitor and an engineering key board at a position at which the operator easily conducts confirmation and operation and to ensure a space for an office job by providing 1st and 2nd support members to move a monitor and the engineering key board to a rear side and a side face from a desk respectively. SOLUTION: An engineering key board 6 is fitted freely turnably to both side faces of the monitor operation console 1 via a mount member 4. Furthermore, a thin profile LCD 5 is fitted to a rear side of the monitor operation console 1 via the mount member 4. Thus, the vertical turning, horizontal turning (oscillation) and horizontal sliding of the thin profile LCD 5 and containment of the LCD 5 into a monitor container board 2 provided to the rear side of the monitor operation console 1 are attained, and the vertical turning, horizontal turning (oscillation) and horizontal sliding of the engineering key board 6 LCD 5 and containment of it into an engineering key board container board 3 provided to both sides of the monitor operation console 1 are attained.

Also, since the FD label name can be automatically printed, troublesomeness or updating omission, etc., by handwriting is eliminated. Further, by inputting the comment, since preserved contents are recognized from the file name without developing them, the arrangement of preserved files are facilitated.

The central monitor and control device 4 requests the local monitor equipment 1 to take out data preserved and filed in an auxiliary storage device 2J attached to the local monitor equipment 1, and this data is transmitted to the central monitor and control device 4 by the radio transmission line 2E.

Then, data or a state signal collected by a local supervisory and controlling equipment 1 are preserved in a constant cycle. A function which transmits the preserved data or the state signal by a data transmitting request is added to a local telemeter transmitter 2, and a function which separates the private line and connects the public line as the transmission line in the constant cycle or according to a request from an operator at the time of the occurrence of the fault of the private line, and transmits the data transmitting request to the local telemeter transmitter is added to a central supervisory and controlling equipment 7.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the burden of a supervisory personnel and to detect quickly the occurrence of an abnormality by not only detecting a usual process variable in each equipment but also detecting a sound. SOLUTION: Each device is provided with a sound sensor 8 sensing sound from each device and providing the output of a sound signal, and a sound data monitor erecting section 9 that sends a sound signal outputted from each sound sensor 8 to a central supervisory controller 5 via a transmission line 3, detects an abnormality of each device based in the sensed sound signal 8, sends abnormality occurrence information designating a faulty device to the central monitor controller 5 via the transmission line 3 and is provided in a control terminal equipment 2 or its vicinity. Furthermore, the central supervisory controller 5 is provided with a sound output control section 16 that sound-outputs each sound signal received from the sound data supervisory processing section 9 to a speaker 21 and increases the sound volume of the speaker 21 corresponding to the device designated by the abnormality occurrence information depending on the reception of the abnormality occurrence information.
