摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the changing work for the slide plate provided with a gas blowing mechanism. SOLUTION: A slide plate storing housing 3 is provided with the cramper 5 sliding in one direction by the operation of an actuator 4 and holding the slide plate 7 within the storing housing 3. In the state holding the slide plate 7 within the storing housing 3 with the cramper 5, the opening part of a gas receiving pipe 9 arranged in the slide plate 7 is simultaneously connected to the opening part of a gas feeding pipe 6 installed to the cramper 5. Therefore, when the slide plate 7 is exchanged and installed to the slide plate storing housing 3, a gas feeding path is automatically formed.

An outer brick 5 to which a sensor 12 for a casting temperature-measuring device 10 is mounted is positioned and secured by fixing a retainer brick 6 by means of a retaining metal fitting 9 fixed to the retaining metal fitting reception part 8. A projecting part 9a of the retaining metal fitting 9 is fitted in a screw slot 8a of the retaining metal fitting reception part 8 and turned 1/4. As a result, the outer brick 5 and retainer brick 6 are pressed to a mounting position of the lower reception brick 3 and upper reception brick 4 of the container 1, and accordingly surely set.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the thickness of a mortal layer applied on the surface of outer circumference of an upper nozzle adequately by providing a nozzle moving means that is movable in the direction of up and down of the upper nozzle that is arranged to a turntable or approaching or separating from the upper nozzle. SOLUTION: The edge part of the applying nozzle 10 of an applying nozzle main body that is set at point P1 is moved at low speed to a point P2 injecting mortar and applies a predetermined quantity of mortar. When the applying nozzle 10 reaches the point P2 , the rising or moving of the applying nozzle 10 and the injection of mortar are stopped and the applying nozzle 10 retreats to a point P3 horizontally. After the retreat, the applying nozzle 10 descends to a point P keeping the state of stopping the injection of mortar. Then, the applying nozzle 10 moves from the point P4 to a point P5 at low speed injecting mortar, applies the predetermined quantity of mortar, moves from the point P5 to a point P6 at high speed and applies the predetermined quantity of mortar. As the result of this, the outer circumference on an introducing side is coated with mortar thickly and the discharging side is coated with mortar thinly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the exchange of a gas supplying ring of a stationary plate the molten metal discharging device and the reuse of the stationary plate by constituting the gas supply ring of alumina-mullite refractories and providing a flange part to the top side. CONSTITUTION:The stationary plate 10 is mounted to the nozzle in the bottom of a container for housing a molten metal and a sliding plate 13 is slid between the stationary plate 10 and a lower stationary plate 25 to open and close the hole for passage of the molten metal. The stationary plate 10 of the above- mentioned molten metal discharging device is constituted of the gas supplying ring 12 mounted in the hole thereof by mortar 17. This ring 12 consists of the alumina-mullite refractories and has many radial gas supplying holes 16 so serve as the passage for gases and is provided with the flange part 14 on the top side. The ring 12 is easily exchanged by removing the same via the flange part 14 when said ring is damaged by use. The reuse of the stationary plate 10 is thereby enabled and the cost of the molten metal discharging device is reduced.
