    • PURPOSE:To display the passing time corresponding to the optical density which is changed largely, by laminating a coloring agent including layer colored beforehand, and a discoloring agent including layer sealed in a microcapsule. CONSTITUTION:A coloring agent in a coloring agent including layer 1 is not migrated, and a discoloring agent in a discoloring agent including layer 2 laminated on the layer 1 is migrated to the including layer 1 when a microcapsule to seal the including layer 2 is broken. And when the discoloring agent reaches to the coloring agent, the color of the coloring agent is discolored to fade or to lose the color, and by this discoloring, the passing time from the breaking time of the microcapsule can be displayed. The necessary discoloring time can be controlled by converting the sort and the amount of the coloring agent, the discoloring agent, and the like. As the coloring agent, an electron donative coloration organic compound such as a coloring fluorene type color is used. As the discoloring agent, a basic material which can change from the coloring condition to the discoloring condition by giving an unshared electron pair to a coloring agent, such as a diazo-copy developer, is used.

    • PURPOSE:To keep the contents of a package free from changes and degradation in quality over an extended period of time by a method wherein the free space in the package and the oxygen concentration of the contents are reduced by the combination of a specific oxygen absorbing agent and the packaging material. CONSTITUTION:At least a kind of oxygen absorbing substance selected from porphyrins, ascorbic acid, and ascorbic acid salt is added to the polyester resin having a melting point of at most 180 deg.C. Although the amount of the oxygen absorbing agent contained varies with its deoxidation ability and its kind, in general, 0.01-20 pts.wt. of the oxygen absorbing substance is preferably contained in 100 pts.wt. of the polyester resin. The oxygen absorbing agent contained in an amount of less than 0.01 pts.wt does not produce any sufficient oxygen absorbing effectiveness and this effectiveness remains unchanged, even if the amount exceeds 20 pts.wt. If the melting point of the polyester resin exceeds 180 deg.C, the oxygen absorbing agent is thermally decomposed upon formation into film or container during or after addition of the oxygen absorbing substance to the molten resin. The packaging material thus formed is laminated to the innermost layer of the product.

    • PURPOSE:To sort and separate good and faulty containers by increasing a vacuum degree only for a predetermined time in a process transferring the container sucked to a taking-out plate by a vacuum method and catching the rising change of the pressure in the container due to the cavity generated in the thickness deviated wall part of the container by a pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION:A thin-walled multilayered plastic container 20 formed by pressure forming is drawn by the sucking action of the air suction holes 12 provided to the taking-out plate 11 connected to the vacuum pump of a taking-out device 10 to be sucked to the taking-out plate 11 at the opening part 22 thereof. On the way of transfer of the container 20 to the predetermined position of the next process, vacuum pressure is increased. Therefore, a good product having normal wall thickness is transferred without generating abnormality in the appearance thereof but a faulty product having a partially thin wall generates a cavity in the thin wall part and the internal pressure of the container is instantaneously raised and this rising in pressure is caught by a pressure sensor and this container is transferred to a separate position. Therefore, good and faulty products are sorted on the basis of a change in internal pressure to be transferred to separate places and the faulty product can be easily sorted.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently remove H2O2 by injecting bactericidal water to a sterilizing treatment surface at an incident angle of 15-90 deg. to dilute and remove H2O2 and subsequently removing a water droplet of a residual H2O2 solution by a hot air knife. CONSTITUTION:In a case adapted to a sleeve, an apparatus is present in a sterilizing chamber and a movable base plate 1 is arranged therein while a press jig 2 of a packing material 3 and the packing material 3 inserted in and fixed to said jig 2 are arranged on the base plate 1 but the packing material 3 is a sleeve constituted of a material based on paper and preliminarily subjected to sterilization treatment by a 30-35% aqueous H2O2 solution. A H2O2 removing jig 4 movable up and down by a piston and a cylinder is provided above the packing material 3 and made accessible to the packing material by up-and-down movement and has a slit 41 capable of spraying water to the inner surface of the packing material 3 at an incident angle of 15-90 deg.C. After water shower treatment is performed by the apparatus, the base plate 1 is moved to perform hot air knife treatment. Therefore, the sterilizing treatment surface of the packing material is washed and dried efficiently and safety is enhanced.
