摘要： Safety device (10) for an actuator (100) for a window unit where the actuator (100) comprises a frame (11), an actuation member (12) and an operating device fixed to the frame (11) and coupled to the actuation member (12).
In an opening configuration of the window unit the actuation member (12) is extended and in a closing configuration it is retracted.
The safety device (10) comprises:
- a base (13),
- a locking element (14) movable between a rest configuration and an operating configuration;
- elastic means (15) for forcing the locking element (14) into the operating configuration;
- a yielding block (16) for retaining the locking element (14).
The yielding block (16), when a predefined temperature is reached, yields so as to allow the locking element (14) to reach the operating configuration and interfere with the actuation member (12) so as to oppose the retraction thereof with respect to the frame 11 and allow the extension thereof.

摘要： An actuation device for frames comprising a movement mechanism and a linear actuator for actuating the movement mechanism. The movement mechanism comprises a first arm and a second arm which are articulated to each other by way of articulation means. A first end of the first arm is connected to a runner and a second end of the first arm is connected to the frame. A first end of the second arm is rotatably connected to a frame structure which is connected to the frame and an intermediate portion of the second arm is connected to the first arm. The articulation means comprise a first pin which is fixed to the first arm and which can slide in a respective guide which is formed in the second arm, a second pin which is fixed to the second arm and which can slide in a respective guide which is formed in the first arm and a third pin which can slide in a respective third guide. The second guide and the third guide at least partially extend in accordance with a curvilinear trajectory.

摘要： An actuation device for a window comprises a frame, a runner, a first arm which is rotatably connected to the runner and to the window, a second arm which is rotatably connected to the frame and which is slidingly connected to the first arm and an actuator for actuating the runner.
The first arm comprises a coupling mechanism which is configured to be coupled/uncoupled to/from a closure pin of the window and which comprises a blocking element and an actuator element.
The actuator element is movable between a first position, in which the rotation of the blocking element is prevented, and a second position, in which the blocking element is free to rotate in an independent manner with respect to the actuator element. The closure pin can be disengaged only following a manual stress which is obtained by means of a movement of the closure pin itself.

摘要： Described is a chain actuator (1) for a window unit (2), comprising:
- a frame (30) having a fixed portion (31) and a movable portion (22) apt to be coupled respectively to a fixed part (21) and a movable part (22) of the window unit (2);
- an articulated chain (40) connected to the fixed (31) and movable (32) portions of frame (30) to move and operate the window unit (2) between an open position and a closed position.
The articulated chain (40) is composed of a plurality of segments (41), rotatably connected to each other to rotate around a respective hinge axis (C) in a winding direction (α) to orient its development direction (S) between a jamming angle and a winding angle. In the jamming angle each segment (41) has its own development direction (S) substantially parallel to the development direction (S) of the further segments so as to exert a stress along an operating direction (D).
The actuator (1) further comprises an actuation device (50) coupled to the fixed portion (31) and to the articulated chain (40) and operable to open or close the window unit (2).
Lastly, the actuator (1) comprises a thrust device (60) associated with the fixed portion (31) and configured to interfere with the articulated chain (40) in a section thereof placed between the movable portion (32) and the actuation device (50) for forcing the segments of the articulated chain (40) forming said section into their mutual jamming angle.
