摘要： This invention relates to an evaporator arrangement, and more particularly but not exclusively, to an evaporator arrangement for use in removing water from sugar juice. The arrangement is characterized in that a condensing arrangement for condensing specific vapours from the vapour stream is located upstream of the vapour outlet.
