摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform extra digging of a digging hole having a rectangular cross section by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: This digging device 10 digs a digging hole having a rectangular cross section by forming a profile shape of a planetary cutter 62 which rotates and revolves and is provided in a bit main body 48 in accordance with a ratio of the number of rotation to the number of revolution of the planetary cutter 62. In this case, the planetary cutter 62 is provided so as to slide in the radial direction of the bit main body 48 freely. At the time of extra digging, the planetary cutter 62 is moved in the direction in which it leaves a center of the bit main body 48. Consequently, a digging hole having a rectangular cross section enlarged by a distance at which the planetary cutter 62 moves can be digged.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart fluidity and water hardimpermeability to mud over the whole range in a chamber by expandably/contractibly constituting an agitating rod of an agitator in the radial direction to the axis of a shield tunnel. SOLUTION: A front end part of this shielding boring machine 1 is provided with a cutter disc 6, and a cutter spoke 6b of the cutter disc 6 is provided with the agitator 30 for agitating mud in the chamber 10. The agitating rod 34 of the agitator 30 is expandably/contracibly constituted in the radial direction to the axis of a shielding tunnel. Thus, when excavating a tunnel having a deformed cross section different from a circular cross section, since fluidity and water hardimpermeability of the mud are improved by agitating the mud of the whole range in the chamber 10 by properly extending/contracting the agitating rod 34 of the agitator 30 along a deformed cross-sectional shape, this mud can be smoothly and surely transferred and discharged to earth removing equipment from the chamber 10.

SOLUTION: A cutter bit 18 comprises a base material part 41 and a bit body part. The bit body part has square cross section, and a rake angle is set to each face of four faces. A clearance angle is set to the greater part of the tip face of the bit body part to form four tip angle parts 43, and hard metal tips 44a, 44b, 44c are mounted thereto.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an article shape of an arbitrary position/attitude applying a camera having a limited resolution or number of picture elements by obtaining the two-dimensional image of a part of an object article so as to extract the feature point of a contour, and computing the position of the feature point from coordinate information and image pickup position moving amount. SOLUTION: An XY stage 5 is provided with a two-dimensional CCD camera 6 so as to face directly below, and the same is moved in a plane parallel to a belt face so as to control the image pickup position. An image processing device 7 receives the image output of the camera 6, processes the image output, the light and shade information of respective picture elements in a screen, so as to detect the contour line of an article appearing in the image, and the character of the contour line from the information. A processing device 8 captures information on the straight lines and the like in the contour line obtained by the evice 7, and extracts local features such as a cross point between straight lines or the curvature of a curve. When the coordinates of feature points are determined, returning back to the device 7, a rate occupied by the article in a neighborhood area surrounding the feature points is computed so as to ascertain the attributes of the respective feature points.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obviate the need for supporting and perform an open excavation of ground by, when a segment of a side wall is disassembled and shield tunnels are joined, releasably incorporating a segment piece into a frame before disassembling the segment. CONSTITUTION:Parallel and adjacent tunnels are excavated by means of a shield excavator and a lining of segments 1 is formed to construct a shield tunnel having rectangular section. In this case, the shield tunnel is constructed in such a manner that the segments 1 are continuously applied to opposing surfaces of the tunnels only and ordinary segments are applied to the remainder of the surface. After the shield tunnels are constructed, the ground within a proper range is improved and water is sealed and the segments 1 of the opposing walls in a longer side direction are disassembled, wherein disassembling is performed by removing segment pieces 5 from within a frame 4 and the vertical load is born by column members 2 and beams 3. And sumultaneus with the disassembing of the segment 1, an earth retaining steel plate is provided between the shield tunnels to enable an open excavation of the ground.
