The machine is equipped with a device to assemble a coupling segment 4 inside of the space after excavating forward in each cylindrical part 1 and insert the coupling segments 4 from the parts 1 inside of the space after excavating forward in the shell coupling parts. The coupling segments 4 thus formed are laid underground, and then the inside of the closed section surrounded by them is excavated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the economical execution method of a split type vertical elliptical type shield tunnel, in which the internal space of the tunnel can be utilized effectively and execution is facilitated. CONSTITUTION:Segments 1 are assembled into a table plate in a vertical elliptical shape while propelling a shielding machine, a plurality of axial-tension receiving girders are arranged along the cross section of a tunnel while both ends are connected to the internal surfaces of the segments, and concrete is placed on the inner circumferential surfaces of the segments and the secondary lining 3 of the tunnel is executed. A plurality of vertical load receiving girders 4 are disposed among the axial-tension receiving girders while both ends are connected to the internal surfaces of the segments, and an intermediate floor slab 5 is installed to the upper sections of the vertical load receiving girders. Concrete is placed to the upper sections of the axial-tension receiving girders and the intermediate floor slab may be constructed after tunnel secondary lining is executed in place of the usage of the vertical load receiving girders and the intermediate floor slab.

摘要： PURPOSE:To secure rigidity of all of a tunnel and save labors and machines on the construction, by providing protrusions on one of the connected end face formed in the inner periphery direction of a segment body and by providing recessed guide glooves fitted to the protrusions at the other connected end face. CONSTITUTION:A protruding joint 20 and a recessed joint 30 are formed at a main body 11 curved in an arc form and at the both end faces 12, 13 on the peripheral sides. The protruding joint 20 is made so that the lateral width of a plane protrusion 21 erecting the protrusion joint 20 from the end face 12 becomes narrow from the facing side to the well-head side. And a guide gloove 33 is formed between a pair of guides 31, 32 oppositing to the recessed joint 30 and the width of the gloove is made so as to become narrow from the facing side to the well-head side. Next, the narrow width side of one of the protruding joint 20 of the expected segment 10a to assemble is forced to drop in the wide width side of the recessed joint 30 of the preset segment 10b to slide the protruding joint 20 to the facing side of the recessed joint 30 to fit the both joints and to connect the segments 10a, 10b.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at shortening the operating period by adhering a pit mouth block body to the inside of an existing tunnel, disposing a switching gate capable of being freely opened and closed on its front face and opening the switching gate immediately after the start of a shield machine so as to let the block body pass through therein. CONSTITUTION:A start gate device 1 is provided in the start position in an existing tunnel 2, and a shield machine 3 is disposed facing the start gate 1 in the state of a switching gate closed. The shield machine 3 is started by the reaction from the existing tunnel 2 on the facing surface side of the start gate device 1, and the switching gate 5 is gradually opened until just before being touched by the facing of the shield machine 3. When the shield machine 3 passes through the gate device 1, a pit mouth sealant 45 is stopped by the contact with the peripheral surface of the machine 3. As a result, the shield machine 3 can be started while aiming at dead water so as to be used even at the bottom of the sea.

Then, the transfer cylinder 9 of a cylindrical body is engaged with the horizontal member 14 and externally fitted in free slidable state, and a guide roller 20 and a sliding cylinder 21 are arranged on the inner peripheral surface, and the transfer cylinder 9 is slided by the extension and contraction operation of the cylinder 21. Then, the transfer cylinder 9 having a clamp 11 is turned around the center by a turning body 10, and a driving motor 23 is arranged on the side of the turning body 10, and the above- described turn is transmitted to the outer periphery of the turning body 10, and a cylinder 24 and the turning body 10 are fixed onto the clamp 11 and perform a turning movement with the slide. Therefore, the disassembly work can be carried out mechanically.
