摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily construct a composite construction building by bearing a steel framed beam on a built-in column PCa member to repeat construction through a piling-up method of one by one floor. CONSTITUTION:A joint block is mounted to the reinforcement having a larger diameter of the upper part of a built-in column PCa member 1 as a square column member of RC construction having height up to the bottom of a beam, and a reinforced beam 3 is suspended between them. After that, column reinforcing bars 4 are arranged to the perimeter of the built-in column PCa member 1, and a column form is assembled to the perimeter thereof. Semi-PCa floor boards are laid on the reinforced beam 3. Concrete is placed to the inside of the column form and on the floor boards integrally. After that, the built-in column PCa member 1 is erected to the upper floor, and construction work in the upper floor is repeated to construct a composite construction building.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve sound insulating ability by a method wherein a floor plate is disposed in a position above a ceiling plate, built integrally with a body structure, e.g. beams, through an air layer, and a floor plate is supported to the body structure through a vibration insulating support body. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling plate 3 is integrally built between beams 1 on both sides serving as body structure of an RC structure. A floor plate 4 is mounted on the beams 1 through vibration insulating support bodies 5 by means of pins 6 to form an air layer 7. The air layer 7 is utilized as a space for equipment, e.g. piping and wiring 8, and a duct 9, an underfloor containing space, and an underfloor type foot warmer.

As a result, the work of PC construction for enabling the plate 1 to be fixed and to be stretched with the use of the setting device 2 which is easily manufactured and handled, can be executed.

And, it is also secured with bolts under between slots opened on a bottom board 4 and enclosed mold frame. Thus, in the case where the entire length of the stairs is different, for example, it can be done for corresponding to it in sliding the enclosing mold frame 3.

Further, concrete C is integrally placed in the column forms 3, the beam forms 4, and on the half PCa floor plate 7. After placing of concrete C is completed, the column PCa member 1 is erected at upstairs again and various building works for upstairs are repeated.
