CONSTITUTION:A shaft is initially excavated to construct a shorting member 6 to an internal wall, and an expansion rod 22 is extended to push the internal surface of the shoring member 6 with a pushing plate 23 after an excavator 4 is installed in the shaft to position a body thereof horizontally. After that, expansion legs 3 are contracted to turn only one of bearing columns 2, and it is approached to a driver's seat 1. Then, the excavator 4 is circled by a rotary column 13, and the primary excavation range of the shaft is excavated together with the expansion of a link arm 42. The bearing columns 2 are returned, the expansion legs 3 are extended to an excavated bedrock to bear the body, and the secondary excavation range is excavated with the same procedure. The whole section is excavated by repeating the procedure. According to the constitution, work efficiency can be promoted.

    • PURPOSE:To save power and save number of workers by forming the device with a first drive means for reciprocating a compression space having a throwing port, and a discharging port, and a compressive discharge plate turning around a supporting shaft from one side to the other side and a second drive means for moving the compression space and the plate from the other side of the throwing port toward the discharging port. CONSTITUTION:A waste thrown into a hopper is thrown from a throwing port, 1a in a compression space 2. The waste in the compression space 2 is compressed and volume of the waste is reduced by operating a hydraulic cylinder for compression 8 and turning a compressive discharge plate 9 to arrow A direction if the compression space is full of the waste. The same operation is repeated until the waste is fully compressed and volume reduced by throwing the waste and again the waste is compressed and volume reduced. discharge gate 11 is taken back to open an discharging port 1b if the waste in the compression space 2 is fully compressed and reduced. At the same time, a hydraulic cylinder for discharging 10 is actuated and the waste in the compression space 2 is discharged to a waste storing bag while turning the compressive discharge plate 9 toward the discharge port, 1b.

    • PURPOSE:To promote the efficiency and safety of excavation work by mounting tables on guide rails constructed spirally along the internal surface of a shaft so that they are capable of sliding, and mounting an excavator capable of shaking a head and expansion on them to form an excavating device. CONSTITUTION:Shorting members 2 are constructed to the internal surface of a shaft, and guide rails 1 are so constructed that it has about three full circles spiral. After that, sliding tables 3 are loaded to the guide rails 1 to mount an excavator 5. Then, the excavator 5 capable of shaking a head in up and down and horizontal directions by two jacks 53 excavates the whole section of the shaft by circling two stages of up and down guide rails 1 with them as the reaction force. The guide rails 1 are successively removed from above in accordance with the advancement of excavation to make re-shoring of them downward, and excavated earth is discharged by movement of an earth loading device 6 mounted on the guide rails 1. According to the constitution, excavation efficiency is promoted, and a construction period can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely feed lubricants by providing a guiding ring over the outer periphery of a push pipe in the circumferential direction thereof, providing a lubricant feed pipe along the outer periphery of the pipe from the ring to a starting shaft, and disposing a delivery port. SOLUTION: After driving a push pipe 5 forward by a predetermined distance, a junction ring 4, which comprises two rings of the tongue and groove joint type, is circumferentially rotatably mounted onto the outer periphery of the pipe 5, while a lubricant feed pipe 2 is disposed in groove or holes formed in the ring 4. And when push or rotation resistance is generated on the pipe 5, lubricant is fed to a spot where resistance is generated. Lubricant is forced into the pipe 2 by means of an inject device 25 to directly feed it to the outer periphery of the pipe 5. Thus frictional resistance between the periphery of the pipe 5 and the ground 10 can be reduced so that sufficient push force and rotational force required for a pipe jacking method can be obtained. As a result, lubricant can be fed over the periphery of the pipe 5 from the outside and feed efficiency of lubricant can be improved.
