    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a superconducting electromagnet device by a method wherein the cross sectional shape of a loop type vessel to accommodate superconducting coil is formed in the C-shape having a gentle curve, the opening part of vessel generated by formation of the C-shape is positioned on the outer side, and after the superconducting coil surrounded with a substrate having favorable heat conductivity is inserted utilizing the opening part thereof, the part is blockaded with a cover body. CONSTITUTION:When a race-track shaped loop vessel 11 is to be formed with a stainless steel plate, the cross sectional shape thereof is formed in the C-shape having the gentle curve, and moreover the opening part P generated by formation of the C-shape is made to go round making to go along the outside circumference of the vessel 11. The vessel 11 is constituted by this way, and the superconducting cil 20 is accommodated in the vessel 11 utilizing the opening part P. At this time, the outside circumference of the coil 20 is surrounded with resin 21, and moreover the coil is covered with plate materials 18, 19 consisting of a favorable heat conductor of copper, etc., and the coil is inserted in condition as it is through a loop type spool 12 manufactured with a stainless steel. After then, the spool 12 is held at the fixed intervals with spacers 14 of a large number having circulating holes 15 for coolant, and then the opening part P is blockaded with the cover body 16.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture, the maintenance and the inspection while stabilizing the characteristics by arranging a coil having an winding integral impregnated with a resin, a tube housing a refrigerant surrounding the coil, a supporting member with a great heat shrinkage and a spacer. CONSTITUTION:On the circumference of a coil 11 having a supercondutor wound and soldly impregnated with an epoxy resin, several supporting members 15 made of a material, such as Al with a greater heat shrinkage than the coil 11 are mounted at a specified interval by way of a spacer 14 made of, for example, Al with a proper heat conductivity. After a plurality of holes 16 are made around the supporting members 15, they undergo a surface treatment so that the outer surface of the supporting members 15 comes in even and smooth contact with the inner surface of a metal tube 12 and then, housed in a tube 12 with the coil 11. A liquid He is sealed into the tube 12 as a refrigerant. This facilitates the manufacture as well as the maintenance and inspection while stabilizing the characteristics of the coil checking the generation of a friction heat on the peripheral surface thereof.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the pressure measuring device for high temperature fluid, which has no trouble on sealing effect and is inexpensive, by providing a structure wherein a packing is pushed to a ceramic inner tube by a coned disc spring through a sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The packing 11 is pushed to the ceramic inner tube 8 by the coned disc spring 15 through the sleeve 12. Said pushing force is imparted by a tightening bolt 13 which is screwed into a threaded boss 17 welded to a reinforcing ring 16. Therefore the gap is not formed in the sealed surface due to the difference in thermal expansion of the ceramic inner tube 8 and the reinforcing ring 16 in the radial direction at the time of high temperature. Therefore zircaloy is not required for the reinforcing ring 16, but stainless steel is used. Therefore the price becomes inexpensive to the large extent. Stainless steel is also used for the boss 17. Thus the inexpensive pressure measuring device having excellent machining property for the high temperature fluid can be obtained.

A liquid He is sealed into the tube 12. This facilitates the manufacture as well as the maintenance and inspection while stabilizing the characteristics of the coil checking friction heat on the peripheral surface of the coil.

    • PURPOSE:To keep away a superconductive coil from an adverse influence of welding heat by a method wherein the welded position of a spool and a cover is provided at the position apart from the superconductive coil. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive coil 3 is formed by winding a superconductive wire after guiding to the guide edge 2a of a spool 2 having a ?-shaped section. A coil 3 is inserted in the spool 2 so as to cover the coil 3 with an impregnating cover 8 provided with a welding edge 7, and a container 10 is formed by welding the end section of a guide edge 2a and the end section of the edge 7 of the cover 8. Next, the opening section 1 of the spool 2 is covered with a refrigerant flowing path cover 11 to weld to the edge 2a of the spool 2, and a refrigerant flow path 12 is formed with the cover 8. Synthetic resin 14 is injected in the gaps among the coil 13, spool 2, and cover 8 by vacuum impregnation for hardening. This reduces friction by electromagnetic force to decrease occurrence of quenching, thereby the superconductive coil is exempted from an adverse influence of welding heat.
