摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a conductive filler used to obtain a sandwich steel sheet excellent in weldability by conducting the fluidized reduction, crushing, classification, heat treatment and hardness adjustment of nickel oxide under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:Nickel oxide is fluidized and reduced by carbon monoxide and hydrogen to obtain a granule contg. >=95wt.% Ni, the granule is successively crushed with a vibrating mill and a fine mill, and the grains having 30-160mum diameter are classified by a vibrating screen. The classified granule is heat- treated at 400-500 deg.C for about one hour and then softened to 90-130 Vickers hardness to produce a conductive filler. The filler is mixed into an intermediate resin layer, and a steel sheet is placed on the front and rear of the layer, pressed and stuck to the resin layer to obtain a sandwich steel sheet. Consequently, the filler is collapsed and brought into contact with the front and rear of the steel sheet, displays its function as electrical conductivity, and a sandwich steel sheet excellent in weldability is obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify stages and to cost-effectively obtain metallic nickel by mixing granular nickel sulfide and nickel sulfide concentrate of approximately the same quantity and heating the mixture in an inert atmosphere at the time of refining the nickel. SOLUTION: The granular nickel oxide is mixed at 95 to 110 pts.wt., more preferably 99 to 102 pts.wt. with 100 pts. wt. granular nickel sulfide and the mixture is heated to 1000 to 1200 deg.C, more preferably 1050 to 1150 in the inert gaseous flow of Ar, He, N2 , etc., by which the metal nickel is formed. More specifically, the sulfide ores and oxide ores subjected to ore dressing, concentrating and smelting are used for the granular nickel ores to be used in order to minimize the impurities of the metal nickel after refining. The nickel sulfide having 45 to 150μm grain size and the nickel oxide having 20 to 53μm grain size are used. Both are mixed at prescribed ratios and the mixture is roasted at 700 to 800 deg.C and is then subjected to a heat treatment usually for 2 to 30 hours at a prescribed temp., by which the metal nickel (purity 95%) directly usable for steel making is obtd. The metal nickel is further processed to high- purity nickel at need.
