    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for testing a gas leak alarm capable of performing a test easily and speedily. SOLUTION: A control means 20 is provided with a storage means 24 for overwriting and storing a gas sensor output value and a fire sensor output value periodically, a testing means 27 for generating a test starting signal and an idling means 29 to carry out the first judging procedure (software side test) for testing whether gas leak detection by the control means is to be performed normally or not by adding a value not smaller than a value, by which judgment that an alarming state is generated is made to the output value of the gas sensor stored in the storage means 24, during idling after supplying power to a device, and the second judging procedure (hardware side test) for judging whether a gas detecting function is normal or not by applying testing voltage, by which a state not lower than the alarming state is generated forcedly, to a gas sensor 11 with a timing different from output measurement every output sampling timing of the sensor 11 and for judging whether a fire detecting function is normal or not by applying testing voltage, by which a state not lower than the alarming state is generated forcedly, to the fire sensor 14.

    • PURPOSE: To output a measure for reducing non-fire indications by storing a data base with information regarding non-fire indications in automatic fire alarm facilities, easily confirming data regarding non-fire indications, and automatically deciding a sensor which generates a non-fire indication frequently. CONSTITUTION: An input part 1 inputs a non-fire indication and its cause received by the automatic fire alarm facilities and a storage confirmation part 2 stores non-fire data including the non-fire indication and its cause inputted by the input part 1 in the data base 42 so that they can be confirmed. Further, a non-fire judgement and notification part 6 decides and notifies that the number of non-fire indications of each individual sensor exceeds a specific threshold value. Further, a measure judgement and notification part 7 judges and notifies a measure for reducing the non-fire indications of the sensor notified by the non-fire judgement and notification part 6.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a disaster prevention monitoring device of a high reliability by providing a fire sensor with a self failure-diagnosis function, which transmits a failure signal when a failure is generated, and a control means which drives a fire preventing/smoke preventing device and a smoke discharging device in response to a fire detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:Thermal sensors, 4, 5 and smoke sensors 6, 7 as fire sensors are connected to a receiver 1. The thermal sensors 4, 5 are provided in each monitoring area which is divided by a fire prevenint/smoke preventing device, and transmit a fire detecting signal to a relay 3 when a detected temperature exceeds a threshold value. The smoke sensors 6, 7 detect the concentration of smoke due to the generation of a fire, and transmit a fire detecting signal when the smoke concentration exceeds a threshold value. Also, a testing unit 9 is provided on the smoke sensors 6, 7, and a test by a test LED is performed, and when it is found out that a failure takes place, a failure signal is outputted. In addition, smoke discharging devices 23, 24 are provided. By this method, even when one of the smoke sensors 6, 7 fails, the fire preventing/smoke preventing device and smoke discharging devices 23, 24 can be operated.
