摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the discharge of drain in a pulse burning device by a method wherein a tail pipe connected to the rear end of a burning chamber and a heat transfer pipe are arranged at the location lower than that of the burning chamber, and formed in horizontal manner or inclined and bent manner with regard to horizontal level toward an exhaust gas outlet. CONSTITUTION:In a pulse burning device, each of air and fuel gas is supplied into a premixing device 1 from an air supply device 5 and a fuel supply device 6. A mixed gas is burnt in a burning chamber 2 in an outer cylinder 4, then exhausted to the outside of a system. A tail pipe 3 and a heat transfer pipe 9 are inclined for a horizontal level toward an exhaust gas outlet, and arranged bending in up and down manner, accordingly, a drain is smoothly flowed down and discharged.

摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize the whole device and consequently make the installation space smaller and, in addition, contrive to improve the thermal efficiency by a structure wherein a boiler main body, which generates steam by means of a pulse burner consisting in inserting a combustion chamber and a tail pipe in the central portion of a vessel for liquid to be heated, and a decoupler, which is arranged at the upper end discharge port of the tail pipe and to the upper part of which an exhaust pipe is connected, are integrally provided. CONSTITUTION:A boiler main body 1 consists in inserting a pulse burner combustion chamber 5 and a tail pipe 6 in a long vertical cylindrical water tank 2. Because the tail pipe 6 to lead exhaust gas outside, a decoupler 7 and an exhaust pipe 10 are provided integral with the boiler body 1, the whole device is miniaturized and the installation space becomes smaller. Further, because the upper end discharge port 8 of the tail pipe 6 is penetrated in the decoupler 7 with protruded state, the sound filtering effect is enhanced and at the same time drain developed at a heat exchanger 9 for recovery of latent heat of condensation can be prevented from falling in the combustion chamber 5. Because the suction port 12 is not located opposing to the upper end discharge port 8 of the tail pipe 6, the direct sending of combustion gas into the exhaust pipe 10 can be prevented for occurring, resulting in improving the thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger 8 for the recovery of latent heat of condensation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve high temperature strength, by a method wherein a double cylinder, disposed in a heating furnace, is formed by silicone nitride ceramic. CONSTITUTION:In an outer cylinder 3 and an inner cylinder 4 of a single end type radiant tube burner 2 are formed by silicone nitride ceramic. Bending strength is increased about 2 times as high as that of a cylinder formed by silicon carbide ceramic, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is about 0.75 of that of a cylinder formed by silicone carbide ceramic. Thereby, deformation due to external stress or under its own weight and thermal deformation can be reduced, and when the outer cylinder 5 is disposed in a condition that both ends are secured, durability can be improved. Further, since thermal conductivity is increases about 1.8 time as high as that of a product formed by silicon carbide ceramic, temperature distribution of the outer cylinder 3 can be uniformized. A combustion heat is radiated from the outer cylinder 3 to the outside, and this enables improvement of thermal efficiency prevailing during heating of an object to be heated in a heating furnace 1.

Accordingly, the installation work of combustion apparatus become easy and at the same time, the space for installation can be made smaller.

摘要： 27341-9 Disclosed is a gas sensor, particularly, an inflammable gas sensor for detecting an inflammable gas, such as leaked natural gas. The sensor comprises an n-type metal oxide semiconductor film, such as SnO2 film, whose resistivity varies responsive to the detection of the inflammable gas. The semiconductor film is covered on its surface by an oxide film insulator made of an oxide such as SiO2, MnO, MnO2 and V2O5. While the inflammable gas which may contain ethanol passes through the oxide film insulator, the concentration of the more reactive ethanol decreases and as a result, the sensitivity to methane and hydrogen is improved. Also disclosed is a preferred production method of the sensor. The process involves (1) the formation of the n-type metal semiconductor film, (2) the formation of electrodes and (3) the formation of the oxide film insulator on the n-type metal semiconductor film by sputtering through an opening of a mask placed over the electrodes. The opening of the mask has a specific size with respect to the thickness of the mask.
