    • PURPOSE:To prevent invasion of underground water by providing a groove winding in the circumferential direction the outer circumference of a ring member which is projected from the outer steel pipe of a double propulsive pipe to be buried and inserted into another outer steel pipe, and fitting an O-ring in the groove. CONSTITUTION:A ring member 8 is provided on the extreme end of an outer steel pipe 2, the projected part of the ring member 8 is formed with a flat part 8c and a taper part 8b, the flat part 8c is provided with a groove 8a winding in the circumferential direction the outer circumference of the ring member 8, and a rubber ring 9 is fitted therein. Next the attached piping 4' of a double propulsive pipe to be buried 1' and the attached piping 4 of a double propulsive pipe 1 to be buried are connected together, the outer steel pipe 2 is propelled so as to insert the ring member 8 into the outer steel pipe 2'. Next propulsive force is further applied on the outer steel pipe 2, the double propulsive pipe 1 is propelled into the underground, similar processes to the propulsion are repeated, and a plurality of double propulsive pipes to be buried are propelled in order. Concrete or the like is filled the gap of the inner steel pipe 3 and the outer steel pipe 2 from one end of the attached piping 4 so as to fix both, and the connecting part is sealed with a rubber ring 9.

    • PURPOSE:To connect driving double steel pipes to each other in the ground and to prevent internal pipes from cracking to promote execution efficiency having high reliability by providing a cushion material layer between an intermediate material of the peripheral surface of an internal pipe and an external pipe, and mutually coming into contact with external pipes. CONSTITUTION:A projected driving double steel pipe 1' is provided to a vertical shaft, a new double steel pipe 1 is provided to the rear end thereof, and the ends of internal pipes 2 are welded to each other. After that, a welding section is coated with a polyethylene tube, grout hoses inserted into lead-covered pipes buried in concretes 4 are connected to each other. At that time, a cushion material layer of polystyrene resin 8 is provided between an intermediate material covering the peripheral surface of each of the internal pipes 2 and each of the external pipes 3. Then, the external pipes are slid, and position slippage or size error is absorbed by the cushion material to contact the external pipes accurately with each other. Successively, the steel pipes 1' and 1 are driven forward in the ground, cement milk is filled between the internal pipes 2 and the external pipes 3. According to this constitution, the cement milk is discharged to the outside of the external pipe 3 together with water and earth to strengthen buried pipes, and the settlement of the ground surface can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a pipe by providing a double steel pipe having an inner pipe slidably held in an outer pipe through intermediate material, and applying thrust to the outer pipe and intermediate material for propulsion while connecting the end parts in succession. CONSTITUTION:The rear end face of the inner pipe 2' of a propulsion double steel pipe 1' already propelled so as to have its rear end protruded into a shaft is welded to the front end face of the inner pipe 2 of a new propulsion double steel pipe 1. Segments 10 are fitted to a recessed part formed by the outer peripheral surface of the inner pipes 2, 2' and the side faces of concrete 4, 4' as intermediate material. The outer plates of the segments 10 are then welded to the outer pipes 3, 3', and the outer plates of the adjacent segments 10 are mutually welded. Propulsion hydraulic jacks 22 are then set to the rear end of the pipe 1 through a push ring 21, and thrust is applied to the outer pipe and the intermediate material for propulsion. Since thrust is thus applied only to the outer pipe and intermediate material, the collapse of the inner pipe end face and the internal stress of the inner pipe can be prevented, and also the buckling of the outer pipe is prevented. The reliability of pipe burying work can be also improved.

CONSTITUTION:The rear end face of the inner pipe 2' of a propulsion double steel pipe 1' already propelled so as to have its rear end protruded into a shaft is welded to the front end face of the inner pipe 2 of a new propulsion double steel pipe 1, and then grout hoses 6, 6' are connected thereto. Segments 10 are fitted to the connecting part outer periphery of the inner pipes 2, 2', and the boundaries 10d to outer pipes 3, 3' and also the mutual segments 10 are welded. Propulsion hydraulic jacks 22 are set to the rear end of the pipe 1 through a push ring 21, and thrust is applied to the pipe 3 for propulsion. After the propulsion and accommodation, cement milk is filled into a space between the ring members 4, 4' of the connecting part while pulling out the hoses 6, 6'. Since thrust is thus applied only to the outer pipe, the collapse of the inner pipe end face and the internal stress of the inner pipe can be prevented, and the buckling of the outer pipe can be prevented. The pipe can be also solidified with fill.
